Apartment located in the old town of Marbella, two minutes walk from the beach of La Venus and the Alameda Park. Newly built, this apartment is on the second floor of a building in the small and typical San Cristobal street: it has 1 bedroom with double bed, air conditioning in the living room and ceiling fan, bathroom with shower and a very well equipped kitchen.

It is possible, on request, to add a crib and high chair.

Please note that the building does not have an elevator.

Due to its location and characteristics, it is a perfect accommodation for a couple wishing to spend their vacations in the heart of the city center, enjoy the Old Town, forget about the car and walk everywhere. Plaza de los Naranjos, the Marina, the beaches of La Bajadilla and La Venus, the Alameda Park, Calle Ancha and all the main tourist attractions of Marbella are just 5 minutes walk, or even less.

The street is pedestrian and very quiet, ideal for a good rest during your vacations on the Costa del Sol. In the surroundings there are supermarkets, stores, restaurants, bars and all kinds of services. In addition, there are also two public parking lots that offer cheap parking passes if you travel by car, and both the bus stop and the cab rank are less than 2 minutes walk from this accommodation in the Old Town of Marbella.
