Stayed May 29, 2025Nice Condo in a great location. Very nice quiet stay by the beach. The host and manager were very responsive, accommodating and helpful. Would recommend this stay for anyone interested in this kind of relaxing holiday.

Stayed Apr 21, 2025We had a great stay in the apartment. Communication was great and check in was very easy. Beach access is the main reason for this apartment. It is right on the beach and has great sun exposure in the morning. You can set up for the day on the beach and then walk up to the apartment for drinks or snacks and then back to the beach. It was well stocked with everything needed for cooking and for time on the beach. The Consum market is super close for groceries. The beach paseo is great for going for runs. We will plan on returning again to stay longer in the future. We had a great mini-vacation.

Stayed Apr 18, 2024Great apartments on the sea shore, sunny seaside terrace until 2 pm (April). The lovely communal pool is sunny all day. The shower equipment could be updated.

Stayed Apr 22, 2023Nice flat directly on the beach. On site representative was very accommodating as we arrived much later than expected due to flight delays.

Stayed Oct 9, 2019Javier's apartment was fantastic. Nice and spacious with the most amazing terrace right on the beach! One of just a few apartments that are so close. Will definitely stay here again on my next visit :-)

Stayed Aug 17, 2019The apartment was exactly what was promised and what we expected. Sunny balcony facing to the beach, nice to have breakfast in the morning sun. The kitchen was well equipped. We did have a very pleasant holiday in Playa Vera and in Javier’s apartment.

Stayed Apr 10, 2019Well furnished. Well cleaned. Front line to the beach. The down side is that it looses the afternoon sun but there is a fairly private landing (shared with the next door neighbour that we used. Out of season so very quiet and relaxing. Dialoguecwithbthevowner great / we fis struggle to find the key holder.

Stayed Apr 2, 2019The apartment was spotless when we arrived. The sea views are fantastic, and it is right on the beach. The kitchen has everything that is needed, and we loved our stay in the apartment. Secure on site parking, and easy walking distance to supermarkets, bars and restaurants. Thank you Javier. Humberto and Jose were excellent local unit managers for the property who were very helpful and had useful local knowledge. Overall had a great time, great location and will return
