Ideally located 50m from the seafront within the private residence Le Vallon, with a swimming pool (unheated, open from 15 June to 15 September) and only 300m from the town of Sainte-Marie sur Mer, this 30m² apartment with its balcony (small sea view) is a perfect starting point for discovering the Jade Coast, Pornic and its surroundings.

The accommodation has a double bedroom (160 bed) and a bunk bed, thus able to accommodate up to 4 people.



It consists of an open kitchen equipped with induction hobs, a small oven and all the necessary household appliances to make you feel at home; fridge-freezer, dishwasher, filter coffee machine, capsule coffee machine (Nespresso), toaster, kettle, citrus press and kitchen utensils. A TV lounge with a standing table gives access to an 8m² balcony with outdoor furniture, electric grill and sun loungers. A bathroom and a separate toilet complete the rental. A hairdryer and a washing machine are also provided. You have a private parking space within the residence as well as a common and secure bicycle storage room.



Beyond the swimming pool, you also benefit from the common facilities of the residence, which include table tennis tables and a pétanque court. Essential shops are close to the residence.
