Stayed May 23, 2024Close to the RR station and to Piazza dei Miracoli. Great design, use of space. Bedroom is large; living/kitchen small. Very tall ceilings. Bring ear plugs; traffic. Property manager was very communicative - getting me to sign a serious contract (of course I did not know that until it was too late to cancel) and sending 8 emails, some requesting the contract even after it had been signed. BUT NOT responsive to my questions (never responded on price; responded 2 hours before I arrived about early arrival). Of course it was all remote. No human contact. Coffee pods would be appreciated! But the real problem is the value proposition. The apartment works for short- term (hot plate, 1 pot, microwave, refrigerator), BUT you pay 80 euros for cleaning and 90 to the manager; 87 for “rent”. Management and cleaning fees need to be lower for a very short stay and/or a solo traveler.
