Stayed Jan 5, 2026Host was spot on when ask a question. Thanks for that. Place was clean inside and out. Walking distance to everything is true. Only used our rental car 1 time.It was true about the smoke alarm going off when the toaster was used but we just laughed about it so was fine.

Stayed Jan 1, 2026It was very cute & cozy & was in walking distance of everything. I especially loved the mornings drinking my coffe in the very back on the dock, the view was beautiful. We would definitely stay there again.

Stayed Dec 4, 2025The place was perfect for our needs, it was clean and close to everything. The AC was very difficult to figure out, but it was not that big of a deal since we really did not need to use it. The smoke alarm was very sensitive, and went off every time I used the toaster, make sure to run the ceiling fan when using the toaster!

Stayed Mar 23, 2025Location was great but be prepared to walk to eat and the beach. It was Spring break week so area was busy. I was disappointed we had to go buy paper towel, toilet paper, plates etc. Otherwise we had a fantastic stay. We saw several dolphins on the bay in the morning and evening.

Stayed Jun 20, 2024This was a great little place! We loved the proximity to the beach, shopping and food. It was 3 blocks to the beach which was great We had a little issue with the door not locking and the property manager was friendly and prompt. The location was quiet but also close to whatever you wanted to do in Clearwater.
