Stayed Jul 7, 2025This place was a steal compared to hotel rooms in the area given its location. It’s a small guest room, but was clean and well furnished with all the basics you’d need to enjoy a week at the beach. Works great for 1 or 2 people looking for a comfy place to stay on a budget within a couple of minutes of both Sunset Beach and the local stores off the island. Great Calabash seafood was about 10 minutes away, and the Grand Strand was about a 35-45 minute drive. The only minor downside was the lack of natural lighting — there’s just one small window near the door. Wasn’t a big deal since most of the time was spent outside anyway!

Stayed Jun 30, 2025The place was comfortable and you could hear food up in it. The Clubhouse has a nice restaurant. Only complaint was there were some hairs on the wall of the shower

Stayed Aug 3, 2023Husband and I were taking a long weekend away. Personally, the room was too small for us. If it was a bit larger with a sitting chair, it would be more comfortable. Also, a tiny window with no view which we didn’t realize. A little depressing. If you just need a room to crash in, it is fine for a few days.
