Stayed Jan 7, 2026Above and beyond- private stay was quiet, next to restaurants/ cafes/ bars and walking distance into the center of town. Host was communicative and checked that we had everything we needed for our stay. When we plan our trip back to Oaxaca, we will stay here again. Definitely recommend as either a one-person, or two-person stay when visiting.

Stayed Dec 10, 2025Communication with the host was consistent and clear, which was greatly appreciated. The amenities, cleanliness, and especially the location of the apartment were perfect! Just a block or two outside of the life of the city. There were quite a few ants when anything sweet was left out so ensure that you wash out your cups and trash regularly to keep them away. But overall, the location and the apartment was a 10/10 experience.

Stayed Oct 10, 2025This is the cutest apartment that is centrally located. You can find anything you need within about 6-10 blocks. It was a little bit noisy from traffic at times but that is to be expected in this part of town. However, you’re also a little protected as it sits back from the street a bit once you’re in the door off the street. Hosts were very communicative (not too much). We had a street door code and a front door code so we felt very safe. Beautiful decor. Very pleasant stay overall.

Stayed Jul 26, 2025Host is accessible, communicative, helpful, professional. Space is esthetically pleasing throughout. Clean. Full-length mirror behind bedroom door. Good wifi. Thoughtful starter supply of coffee and bottled water. Helpful signage in Spanish, English, and French. Comfortable zones for dining, relaxing, socializing. Superb location for typical touristic activities. Walking distance to a largish grocery store and to multiple smaller stores.
