Balcony view was spectacular. Apartment was very clean and comfortable. Our host Emanuel was there to meet us and was very helpful and answered all our questions.

Daniela's place was beautiful, well furnished, and in a great location! A 5m walk from the train station, and a 5-10m walk from many wonderful restaurants. It's the top floor, with an elevator which was quite nice for our bags, and had incredible views of the city and Vesuvius! The beds were a little hard, and the water pressure weak, but the rest of the definitely made up for it. I recommend it!

Internet AC and customer service were great. Very responsive team. Spacious and well equipped kitchen. Overall clean although I did find wet towels in the washer Beds are really uncomfortable.

Overall I wouldn't recommend the apartment if you're planning on staying for a long period of time - it's fine if you're there for a day or two. The apartment itself was very clean and is in a great location with a great view however, both bathrooms are extremely small and defective (to be specific, the showers were approx 2.5ft by 2.5ft and there was no water pressure or ability to get warm water - it was either extremely hot or extremely cold). If it was a day or two, it's not a major issue or inconvenience but if you're there for a long time its not comfortable...there's no room in the shower. My family stayed for a little over a week and in addition to the small bathrooms, we didn't have enough basic paper towels, toiletries and toilet paper to sustain us so we bought our own. We even had to ask for garbage bags as only one bag was provided to us knowing that we were going to be there for over a week.

Worked for us since we travelled frequently from Sorrento to other spots..not the quietest place though since it’s overlooking the Main Street. Sunset from the balcony was great :)

Only thing we would have liked was early check in. We were up over 24 hours with our travel. Would like to point out Vera was very helpful for helping us with communication for our tours. She is a very exceptional employee.

Great view, perfect location, responsive hosts. Slight problem with ants the first day, but taking out the garbage often solved that. Never got the clothes washer to work, but otherwise a great place.

I dont normally right reviews but in this case I feel a review would help the next stay for other quests better in the future. The renting company Amore and Lisa were very nice, no problems there at all, the apartment was decorated very well and looked great in the main room and bedrooms . However !! What was not pointed at any stage was how bad the kitchen area is It needs a make over badly It seemed like the owner forgot all about the budget with this crucial area. Firstly the oven was broken and blowing the main fuse, tripping everything so we couldnt cook anything, we had to call Lisa to sort out, luckily Iam an electrician and we isolated the cooker otherwise we would not have other power. Secondly The kitchen was infested, and I mean infested with Ants. No food could be left on the work top otherwise about a thousand ants would appear out of know where and walk of with the food! Thirdly The washing machine did not work, we tried washing in the machine and it failed, we had to hand wash the clothes and dry outside - Such a pain ! The kitchen needs to be ripped out totally and refurbished , simple as that At night the noise from the road can be very loud due ti the windows not being doubled glazed and badly need to be replaced and thats even on the top 5th floor! I write this email not as a unhappy visitor but in the hope that the owner does something with the kitchen .... It can be fixed easily and for the rental price should be renovated
