Stayed Sep 17, 2024The property was so affordable I was afraid it might be in a sketchy area! I couldn't have been more wrong. The area was very nice. Everything we could have needed was available. Elizabeth was very pleasant and responsive. If we come visit DC again we will definitely want to stay here

Stayed Aug 11, 2024The property was comfortable and very convenient. It was well equipped and in a lovely neighborhood. The bathroom is very small, and a bit of a squeeze. The only problem we had with communication had nothing to do with the property, but with VRBO: Every time I clicked the place indicating click here to go to Access your rental I got a message telling me the site was not working.

Stayed Jun 20, 2025Elizabeth was an absolutely wonderful and caring host!!! Communication was perfect. She goes above and beyond to make your stay a memorable one!! She was awesome!! Now, the place: 1) The neighborhood is beautiful and safe!! 2) Parking is free and unlimited, 3) 15 min walk to the metro, 4) full kitchen, 5) washer and drier. I didn't end up using all of these amenities, but it's great to have them should you need them. The bed is super comfortable and the WIFI works great!!!I can't wait to go back!!!! Thank you, Elizabeth!!!!

Stayed May 3, 2025Communication could have been better. It was a very small space. If you not in a relationship this is not a big enough space for two single people. If you are overweight you might not fit in the bathroom. The area could be upgraded and someone forget to sweep under the rug. It was affordable and a nice area.

Stayed Aug 15, 2024The communication with the host was fantastic from the very beginning, even when I had a couple changes in schedule. The basement apartment, While looking like your relatives Guest room, it has everything you need washer dryer, kitchen, and an extremely comfortable bed. The neighborhood is absolutely gorgeous and worth walking through and you can also walk to Starbucks and several restaurants and a smoothie store and CVS. Close to the metro this is a great place for someone to stay, who wants to get out and explore the city!
