Stayed Nov 7, 2025Pool was great! Beach side service was good, they ran out of blankets for the chairs pretty early. It’s also not directly in front of the resort but just a little walk down.

Stayed Feb 14, 2024Overall the location was great. Property itself not so much, the building other then the lobby is showing its age.. The check in process took about 45 minutes. Upon arrival to the room (after checkin time) it was still being cleaned, we ended up sitting on the balcony for about 20 minutes while that was finished up. After getting settled in we noticed some issues with the floors still having crumbs all over.. Something was crammed down the garbage disposal which stunk.. Slow drains in the master bath to the point where water builds up while showering or brushing your teeth and takes minutes to drain.. Blood on bath towels, and some sort of white substance on the couch, looked like dried yogurt but who knows. Beds were comfortable, couch and chairs not so much. Had enough amenities to get us through 2 nights before a cruise.. Again, unit is showing its age. The WORST part of the stay was the elevator situation. For 40 floors, there was 3 working elevators it would take upwards of 20-30 minutes to catch a ride depending on the time of day. On day 2 our bands were deactivated because the check in agent only activated them for 1 day versus 2. After spending an hour going back up and down to verify the problem wasn't the door lock itself, the front desk reprogrammed the bands. I brought the issues up to the host, who brushed them off with an assortment of different excuses. We will be visiting the area again, but will stay away from this unit and the property.

Stayed Mar 27, 2023For three of our five day stay, the condo was not in proper working order as described in the listing. There was no hot water in the unit, which resulted in only partial use of bathrooms (cold showers only), partial use of washer/dryer (could only wash clothes in cold water), partial use of kitchen (could not sanitize dishes using hot water or dishwasher). For this reason, even though we understood it was a building wide issue, we believed we should have been refunded some of the total cost, which was quite spendy, not including the daily resort fee, as we were not provided with all the amenities listed in the listing. The property managers refunded us the resort fee only, for the 3 days we didn't have hot water, stating it wasn't their fault, or offered to let us leave the condo early, but where would we have gone at the last minute for our remaining 2 days in Miami? I don't feel this is very good customer service, especially considering we had to force a 7 and 11 year old to take cold showers daily. This really messed up what would have been an otherwise really nice vacation.
