Stayed Mar 29, 2025I feel like I was in a cosplay. Everything appeared really nice but if anything was analyzed it was out of order or disrepair to the point the staff was like, “It be like that”. The arcade games just ate our points. To the point that some games like terminator had 12 unused credits from all the people who lost money there. Staff didn’t seem like they were really provided the tools to be empowered to solve problems. During my massage they just coughed in my face the whole time and had no mask on. Mini golf was named the same thing as the nice mini golf nearby but it was extremely misleading.

Stayed Mar 2, 2022Didn't have time to enjoy all of the amenities of the resort. Requested a room in a quiet area and was quite happy with our room that had an outside balcony facing the lake. Room was clean and comfortable with a larger hotel fridge. Perfect for our 4 night stay.
