Amazing Stay! Waterfront Resort, Steps to the Beach, Free Parking, Heated Pool!

Beach across the street and felt safe to cross the street. Kitchen didn't have a few amenities, which was difficult to cook. Pool was clean. Community was nice. Quiet compared to Clearwater. Beds were squeaky, but rooms were descent size. Plenty of towels. Local coffee shop was nice. John's Pass was good for a day of shopping. Grocery store Winn Dixie was within a few miles driving and had items we forgot to pack. Decent prices. No patio to sit on, but benches were located along boat canal near the pool. All in all ok

This is a very nice condo. I had a hard time finding somewhere to stay with a family of 6 that didn’t require 2 desperate hotel rooms or outrageously expensive but this covered it with 2 separate rooms and a pullout sofa. I loved the beach was a quick walk across the street. Beach chairs in closet was a nice surprise. The heated pool was enjoyed very much by the kids. And we were able to watch dolphins on the bay side by the pool. Several restaurants nearby. Condo was clean. My only complaints are that locks on both bedrooms did not lock and every time I took a shower, the water would go cold in the middle of my shower for a few minutes before warming back up Overall, family really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely book again.

Great location, block from the beach, heated pool, dolphins by the dock. Those were the good points. The bad - couch was disgusting, beds were hard and comforters thin and cheap. One roll of toilet paper, we had to reuse towels everyday (no extras). No extra garbage bags. Floors were dirty and not cleaned properly. Overall it’s all liveable but so many things could be done to make it more enjoyable for guests. ? We had an amazing vacation and this place didn’t ruin it just made it have an asterisk?

This property is so beautiful. The pictures online did not do it justice. The apartment was clean, had all the beach necessities accessible within the apartment placed in the bedroom closets for us to use. The beach is not even a minute walk away from the property because the beach access is right across the street from the property. The apartment was beautiful in and out. The kitchen was up to date and easy to use along with the perfect amount of kitchen necessities to use. The property managers are very friendly and easy to communicate with. The only issues is the locks didn’t work for the bathroom or bedrooms and there is only one bathroom (we knew about there being one bathroom before we booked) but we managed and still had an amazing time! Thank you very much for the hospitality!
