CHECK-IN/CHECKOUT
After booking, you will receive access to your personalized guest portal, with information on the property and its amenities. 3 days prior to check-in, you will receive detailed check-in instructions and directions to the property.

We have set up a seamless entry for our guests. There will be no reason to slow you down upon your arrival. Please do not hesitate to reach out if there`s something you need during your stay with us.

Voted the friendliest place in Canada, Radium offers peace, beauty and adventure. You can hear birds singing with the softest echoes at all times of the day. There are 5 golf courses within a 15-minute drive, and the world-famous Radium hot springs are only a 5-minute drive. If you want to recharge and relax - look no further!

You won`t need a car in this part of town to get to stores and shops. If you enjoy going for walks then simply walk out the front door and you will fall in love with the area. If you want to go to the hot springs then a car is recommended. Assigned underground parking spot and above ground parking available.

HOUSE RULES:
1. Quiet Hours are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. There is a noise monitor in the unit that will test decibels throughout the day.

2. Neither parties nor events will be permitted on the property. The maximum occupancy for this unit cannot exceed more than 4 people.

3. There is no smoking permitted on the property including vapes. Any proof of smoking will result in a $300.00 fee for odour removal.

4. No pets allowed on this property.

5. We provide high-quality hotel linens for our property and proper makeup removal cloths. Any stained linens will be charged to the guest.

6. Please know that there is no lifeguard on duty at the pool area. Kids under the age of 14 are required to be accompanied by an adult at all times. We also ask that you please refrain from bringing glass on the pool deck.

    They advertised as having 2 queen beds. There was 1 queen and the other was only a double. The base for a queen was there but the mattress was not. I made a complaint but got no acknowledgement or response. Kitchen counter was gritty and an end table was dirty upon our arrival.

    Kitchen was well stocked. Bed was comfortable. Thankful for the washing machine as our swim clothes smelled like sulfer after the hot spring.

    Most of the condo was pleasant, the linens & towels were fresh... BUT Please clean the carpets & shower stall floor *dangerously slippery* AND clean the balcony along with the patio doors *extremely dirty* ...Also, check the volume on the TV - Loved the area & pool, also local restaurants were terrific, *Goat St. Restaurant* was exceptional.
