Houghton is a wonderful city! We used this place as a home base for traveling to Calumet, Copper Harbor, and neighboring sites. For the two of us, this unit had everything we needed- a kitchen with coffee maker & essentials, a wonderful shower, and a comfortable den and bedroom. We really enjoyed the short walking distance to numerous restaurants and shops. Parking in the nearby lot was close by and not a problem. The host was most accommodating and communicated clearly. We had a wonderful time!

We wanted a place to stay after a procedure that was more than a hotel. This was it! Everything we needed and wanted close to the hospital. Clean, comfortable and we loved the little touches like the light up wall niches to give us low night time light in a strange place.

Easy check in. Parking right across the street. Clean, bed is comfortable. Walking distance to some local restaurants. Prior reviews have commented that there is traffic noise outside. They do provide sound machine in bedroom. Nice. We used it. Yes, garbage services do pick up large dumpsters early a.m. but gone quickly. Minimal traffic during the week. Stayed Monday - Thursday.

We had a great stay in Houghton! The apartment was very clean, had all the conveniences needed, and was well located. We would 100% recommend this stay to anyone wanting to visit Houghton!

Came to town to visit senior son at MTU - started moving home some of his stuff. Great apartment right in the heart of town. Quick walking access to shops, restaurants and paths.

We were in awe once we opened the door to this place. Great for just the two of us. It had everything we needed and was very clean. We really liked the box lights for added light effects and the bed was very comfortable too. Nice shower and layout. Easy access to downtown. Parking was never a problem for us.

A fantastic modern apartment with all the comforts and conveniences we desire located right in the heart of Houghton. Owners are incredibly responsive and accommodating and keep the place well stocked and super clean. I highly recommend!

The apartment is in a nice location and has been nicely updated. It's within walking distance to everything in town. Parking is across the street in the public parking area. There is a parking permit provided in the apartment for overnight parking. We didnt have any issue with noise, except for garbage pickup day.
