The Location - Yarramundi is situated 500m along the foreshore pathway to Nelson Bay's Marina precinct, with the beach a 200m walk away! Enjoy the many boutique shops, cafes, restaurants, supermarkets, and fish markets all walking distance away.

Head to the booking office to experience dolphin and whale watch cruises, as well as the Tea Gardens Ferry. Splash Waterpark is only minutes away too, from ages 6 to 86, the whole family is sure to have a splashing time. Park the car at our prime location property and relax!

The Unit – Yarramundi, our two bedroom, one bathroom unit, offers sunset fantasies and sparkling ocean views. With split-air conditioning, and picturesque balcony views, you’ll never want your perfect holiday to end.

The open plan living and dining area features hardwood floors, scenic panoramic shots hanging on every wall of the apartment, a large flat screen TV with speakers, split air-conditioning, and a comfortable lounge/chaise to cosy up on at night. The living room welcomes the warm summer breeze as it unfolds onto the balcony, that has further dining furniture and a gas BBQ to enjoy a meal overlooking the water and enjoy to gorgeous sites that Nelson Bay has to offer. The kitchen is fully equipped with a full fridge/freezer combo, a microwave, oven and stove top.

The main bedroom exudes plush, lavish living featuring a balcony with full length windows, a separate split air-conditioning system, ceiling fan, a King sized bed, and another flat screen TV perched upon the drawers. The second bedroom displays one of Nelson Bay’s most famous assets, pelican portraits, with a Queen bed and a ceiling fan. Guests will be spoiled for choice with the bathroom offering a bathtub and shower, as well as a vanity and toilet.

An internal laundry that has both a washing machine and dryer that can only be accessed by guests of the unit 10 property, is located at level two of the stairway with front door key access. There are 2 secure indoor car spaces where you can park the car and leave it, as you won’t need a car to enjoy the sights of the area.

Children are suitable for this property as well, but it is advised they have supervision on the top floor at all times.

Linen and bed makes are supplied. The beds will be made ready for your arrival.

    the check in and check out process is extremely easy. the apartment is only 3-5 mins walk down to the main town center, there's no need to use our car the entire weekend. the parking lot is a little confusing to figure out as the sign are not very clear but its good to have undercover parking. there's 6-8 sets of stairs and no lift, so not great for those who are with physical disability or injury. the view was great and its nice eating breakfast with ocean in sight. although the kitchen is fully equipped, there is no basic cooking seasoning such as oil, salt and pepper. there's also no boxed tissue or paper towel. everything we use we believed was last tenants' nice gesture of left behinds. if you don't plan to use the kitchen at all, it wont affect your stay. however, if you are relying on cooking all your meals, you'll need to buy quite a bit and carry up the stairs. the shower is a little small. my family who're not that big and between 170-180cm can only move with arms keeping to themselves as much as possible. and there's also not much leg room for the toilet. if you are 160 like me, you'll have no problem at all. the bed is comfy, but the tv inside the bedroom is not connected to any channels. however youtube worked just fine. the couch is large and super comfy and we passed out on it a few times. overall, it was an enjoyable stay. but i would only recommend those who have smaller figures and only using the apartment for rest and bed.

    Location great, view great, clean us but go to get out a cup and they had been used and put back not even clean, I cleaned them, they had chunks in them, now you have 6 lots it stairs that are uneven to get up, bed didn't look like it had a change of sheets for awhile. So cleaning needs to be done but otherwise this was perfect if only I could of changed the weather haha location is perfect 2min walk into town and a 4 min walk to the beach once you get down that is. Oh also coming from Sydney Penrith with a daughter who go car sick for us to get the keys an hour early to clean her up they wants $150, that made me incredibly mad. Good place but won't book with the company again.

    Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Nicely furnished apartment, handy location with easy walking distance to local shopping, as well as waterfront and marina. Property is gated with undercover parking and keyed access. Stairs, No lift so could be limiting for older or less mobile people.
