The apartment is located on the second floor of an historical building, situated on the croosroad of the two ways That leads to the main road of Castelletto di Brenzone. Three-minute walk of the lake.
It consists of an open equipped kitchen (breakfast appliances, d / w, oven) with a bright living and dining area. A double bedroom with a large wardrobe and modern bathroom with a shower. A 45m2 plus indoor area and a balcony overlooking Lake Garda 40m2 terrace (exclusive use). Above of a garden of olive trees. A / C, C / H and a wood stove. I know it can be inhabited all year round.

Accommodation - the apartment is on the top floor of a typical stone house recently refurbished to a very high standard. It is spotlessly clean, very secure, and offers everything you need to make your stay a comfortable one, including a well furnished kitchen (plenty of crockery and cutlery) high quality bedding, plush towels and a powerful shower. It has a splendid roof top garden which overlooks the lake, complete with loungers and garden furniture. Location - charming and quiet village nestled on the slopes bordering the northern half of the lake. Enough bars, cafés, pizzerias and osterias located around the quaint harbour side to keep you entertained during your stay. Lovely promenade alongside the lake. There are a couple of mini marts including a Spar (Despar as is known in Italy) to buy a few necessities otherwise there are bigger supermarkets including Eurospar, Lidl and Aldi in larger towns about 20mn drive away (Garda, Bardolino) Hosts - lovely and warm. Big welcoming smile. Our hosts have thought of the very finest details to make you feel at home away from home. You can tell they take great pride in the service and all the additional touches that they offer. Would happily return!
