Stayed Jun 14, 2025Lovely modern apartment, fabulous location with lots of bars and restaurants steps away and 3 minutes walk to the beach. Spectacular view. Was great for a family of 6 girls but could do with full length mirrors in all rooms. There is a lift but unfortunately it didn't work for 2 out of the 3 days we were there. If you have mobility issues then this would need to be considered as we believe it's a regular thing and the apartment is on the 3rd floor. Other than that i wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

Stayed Aug 21, 2024We loved staying at Joan's place - it was immaculately clean, spacious, well equipped and in an amazing spot. Close to the beach, lots of shops and places to eat around and not far from Alcudia Old Town either. Joan's been amazing too.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We had a lovely week in this apartment. We were 4 people and had awesome space. Nice to sit one the terrace on the morning and evening. Beautyful view. Neared resturant and beaches.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We had 11 great nights in this apartment. It is situated in the middle of passeo maritimo.. the best views in Alcudia. The apartment had just been redesigned with a modern impressive new kitchen and new ensuite room. Joan was excellent to deal with. I would highly recommend this apartment.
