Stayed Jan 11, 2023Homing group (Bruno and Tony) was a nightmare to deal with. I felt they were rude and disrespectful towards me as a woman. I had no heat! They still insist that I did! No orientation on how any of the foreign appliances, tv, door security, safe etc worked. And when I asked for help they sent a person who did not speak a word of English. Extremely uncomfortable mattress. Worn out furniture in the living room and dining room. Burnt out light bulbs. Dirty throw pillows. No anti slip mat for the tub. Broken garbage can in kitchen. Oven did not work for a time. Very bare essentials throughout that felt like someone’s left overs. Not one picture on a wall. Stay away from this apartment!

Stayed Jun 5, 2021The apartment is nice and Is located in a quiet area close to the main bars street. The apartment is big, the areas are generous. The property manager was very friendly via WhatsApp mostly. The apartment was poorly cleaned. There were clouds of dust behind the beds and the outside balcony that is very nice, was also dirty. The dishwasher did not work, and neither did the electric kettle. Some of the items in the kitchen had dents. The property manager got 2 technicians to the property but the dishwasher needed a board replacement, and so no dishwasher for us. However the main problem in that the electric mais breaker is not enough for the apartment. If we use the oven all goes down. Same thing using the clothes washer. This is a joke. It’s like getting a Volvo with used bicicle tires. So, if you don’t plan to cook or wash things during your stay, I guess you will be all right. Otherwise….
