The four star apartment Harmonie, on the ground floor, is suitable for 1 - 4 people with its 2 rooms (approx. 75 sqm).
The living room is equipped with a fireplace, Wilhelminian style cabinet, sofa bed (150x200cm), table, armchair, cube, floor lamp, shelf and flat screen. You reach the terrace with the slope garden from the living room.
The bedroom is furnished with a double bed (200x200cm), bedside lamps, leather sofa, softwood cabinet and alarm clock.
The kitchen has a kitchenettewith dishwasher, American fridge-freezer, microwave, table with 4 chairs etc.
In the hall there is a shoe cabinet, full-length mirror, wardrobe.
The tastefully designed new bathroom is equipped with a large rain shower, sink, toilet and cosmetic dresser. It was completely renovated in January 2019.
The spacious terrace (approx. 20 sqm) is equipped with garden furniture and is located directly in the green with a slope garden.
It is also possible to rent the four star maisonette apartment Panorama, living on two levels. The large window front and a bay window ensure a light-flooded apartment. A Swedish stove and the underfloor heating ensure cozy hours. The Panorama also has 2 bedrooms, a spacious bathroom with shower and bathtub, and 2 balconies with a wonderful view.

In addition, there is plenty of care for our little guests in our house. a. High chair, travel cot, baby monitor, toys and, if desired, a babysitter.

Free parking spaces are directly at our house, a garage is available for motorbikes and bicycles.

The apartments of the Alexandra and Frank Weiler family are located in the romantic spa and red wine area of the Ahr Valley in a district of Bad Neuenahr-Ahrweiler.

The Ahr Valley lies between Koblenz, Bonn and Cologne. It belongs to the beginnings of the Eifel.

We offer our guests comfortable accommodations u. a. for families, seniors, people with disabilities, groups and holidays with the dog.

Directly on the red wine hiking trail below the Landskrone castle ruins and the Köhlerhof golf course.
Not far from the idyllic Ahr meadows with the Ahr valley cycle path.

The Ahrsteig offers beautiful views from Heimersheim via the Ahr Valley heights to Blankenheim or the Rhine to Sinzig, where the Ahr flows into the Rhine.

That means vacation and relaxation in a wildly romantic area, which offers pure relaxation with the beauties of nature, with numerous leisure activities and cozy tradition.
Whether sporty by bike or on foot on numerous hiking trails, our holiday region offers plenty of variety.

In our village there are 2 playgrounds and an adventure playground about 1.5 km away.
