Description

Retreat to this unique garage apartment right next to the horse track! This apartment was built originally to host Horse jockeys during the 1950s. This artist apartment is good for a peaceful get away, a landing point for the excellent nature that Arkansas has to offer.

This a three room apartment with a small bathroom, full shower, full eat in kitchen, living room and bedroom on the second floor. Decorated uniquely with my favorite artwork.

15 minute walk to Oaklawn entrance <br>2 miles from Downtown, Bathhouse Row and the National park/hiking trails
7 miles to Garven Woodland Gardens
11 miles to Lake Catherine
Lots of books, board games, records, and movies.

Enjoy the best locally roasted coffee during your stay!
