ADELAIDE'S HOUSE new apartment near St. Peter's with private parkingspace!

Spacious apartment outside the city center but near a convenient bus stop which we used during our stay. Good air conditioning in the bedrooms and met our needs for our party of two adults and three children. Stefano met us upon our arrival and gave us great advice since it was our first time in Rome. The location was also close to the highway to the airport and less than a 30 minute drive there for our morning flight home.

We enjoyed our stay. Very nice accommodations, clean, comfortable and easy access to public transportation. Would definitely recommend this place and would stay here again.

We enjoyed our 2 night stay at Adelaide’s House. It work very clean and comfortable. It is decorated well and was spacious. The cooktop was tricky to work and we had to call Stefano for help. He was very kind and came over to assist us. We wanted a place to stay outside of the city and closer to the airport for an early flight. The only issue is that when we tried getting an Uber from the city late Sat afternoon, nobody would drive us 20 min to the apartment. Luckily Stefano had informed us on the bus lines that ran by the apartment. So it wasn’t an issue. Just something I thought future renters should be aware of. We would love to stay here again in the future.

The owner of this property went above and beyond! She responded quickly to all our emails and answered all our questions. Also gave us tips on how to get to and from the airport and how to get around town. The property was just as described and equipped with everything you need. Conveniently located in a nice quiet neighborhood within walking distance of several restaurants, markets, pharmacy, grocery store and shopping mall. Would highly recommend and we will definitely stay here again next time we are in Rome!

Adelaide's place is perfect for a stay near but not in the city. The space is beautiful and very comfortable. Alessandra and Stefano are wonderful, very communicative hosts. Highly recommended.

Apartment located in a quiet neighborhood. The apartment was clean, modern, and quiet. There are several stores near by for groceries, coffee bar, and restaurants. Designated parking was a big plus. Great hosts.

We were very happy staying her for our first family trip to Rome. We booked this as a result of our previous VRBO booking canceling our reservation due to double booking, we were in a panic and grateful that this booking came through while at the airport! Stafano our host was amazing! The apartment was very spacious, very clean, and set for everything we needed for the week. The location is about 20 minutes from Rome center so other travel means is required (car, uber, iTtaxi). The neighborhood is very quiet and residential. Would recommend if your looking for a stay in Rome with great space and accommodation.

We came by car and so for us it was important, that we were able to leave it in a safe place near our home. This was offered here. It could have been a little bit closer to the center, but all in all, it was top.

Wonderful flat, calm neighbourhood, down town Rome can be reached easily with the bus.

Super location downtown, close to everything. We drove and had no problems parking and had the bus down the street if needed. The room was great. The hosts were super!

The place was clean and had all the items we needed for our stay. Stefano was there to greet us upon arrival and brought us a cake. It was just a little father from the center of Rome about 20-25 minutes by car, but that was on me. Overall, highly recommend this place.
