Stayed Apr 4, 2026Considering this apartment’s great price & convenient location - across from the convention center, and just a block away from the Redding terminal market, you really can’t go wrong! It’s one bedroom, but there are two full-size beds and a couch that can be converted into a sleeper as well as a few air mattresses in the closet if needed. We discovered the floors were a bit dirty, which we didn’t realize until we started getting into bed and our socks were leaving hair and dust and lint all over the sheets… so bring slippers or crocs or flip-flops to wear around the apartment - don’t walk around barefoot or in socks!! All in all, great little apartment for exploring Philly with the family!

Stayed Mar 29, 2026We stayed Sun - Wed during our kids SpringBreak. The property was great and looks exactly like the pictures shown. It was very clean and the directions to get into the property were very helpful! It looked a little shady at first because the door is a side door in an alley but it was fine. The parking deck do the Marriott is right there and you can take advantage of the parking- BUT parking is expensive - it was 188 to park there overnight for 4 days. The reading market is across the street and was perfect to walk to. There is a cute little breakfast place right below the apt building that we ate at. The food was great! The location is close to the 13N train station. There were plenty of towels and pillows. No dishwater so wash dishes in the sink- no biggie! The apt is located on the 3rd floor so the stairs weren’t so fun if you had a large suitcase. We brought our dogs since it’s pet friendly- the only downside is that there is no grass, or dog parks or any park close by. My husband drove to the dog park to get their zoomies out.Highly recommended— it’s small one bedroom but there are 2 queen size beds and great for a family of 4. My older son (12) slept on the futon in the living area. Also- Brittney was very quick to get back to messages- and provided an extended 2 hour check out for 25.

Stayed Dec 7, 2025This was such a great experience! Our host was so responsive and amazing from the start, answering questions and was so kind and helpful. The apartment was wonderful, well-decorated and very cozy. Perfect for our needs! She also sent us fun attractions in the area which was very sweet. Very thoughtful and responsive host. Def would book with her again!

Stayed Nov 30, 2025Nice enough place, well located and maintained, but could have done with some more thoughtful touches. Examples: -fresh soap in the bathroom not several old, half used bottles of shampoo and conditioner. -some basic utensils such as a spatula or anything similar in the kitchen so that cooking is actually possible. -lamps that work and are not, as my host described it, decorative. Same for the bedroom overhead light. -a couple of dish towels so that one can dry dishes. - an actual full set of cups/wine glasses, anything more than five cups, four of which were plastic.

Stayed Oct 24, 2025Prime location, easy check in process! The check out time was a little early considering we couldn’t even check in until 4pm and if you requested to adjust that, it cost money. The host had great communication. The beds were very comfy but parking on the street does cost so keep that in mind. Overall we enjoyed our stay
