Stayed Dec 31, 1969The studio is located in strategic location near the bus stop which brings to Lerici and it's beautiful beaches so no need to move the car for to go to the beach which is an advantage as the parking fees are quite expensive. The only disadvantege is very busy traffic road in front of the house. The apatment is clean and very nice and modern inside, there's everything you need except the bedding and towels but it can be provided for a fee. The owner is very helpful and pretty organized, providing all the information about the area, transport etc. A bottle of wine that we recieved was a very warm welcome. 3 adult people stay comfortably inside. Very good price/quality . we will be coming back again.
