It was a great place to stay at for a Basic Training attendance. It was comfortable and we really enjoyed the movie theater style set up and the conveniences of a washer and dryer.

Apartment was as described, very clean and peaceful yet also very close to plenty of restaurants and grocery stores. No issues checking in or out, would absolutely love to stay here again if we're in the area.

Lovely area and cute place. Stayed one night with my husband and Mom for a concert. Needs new construction walk through and a new cleaning company. I’d think about starting again with any new positive reviews

This was a nightmare not only did the host show up beating on the door she literally called the cops bc we had 2 people over for dinner. Keep in mind this property sleeps 4 and there were only 4 people there. She was beyond rude and completely unhinged she was the most solid definition of a Karen I've ever encountered in the wild. We were not drinking being loud or having a party by any means. It was uncalled for. And let me get into the property itself. Nails sticking out of the unfinished steps leading up no trash bags, no hand soap, no dish soap nothing was there except a couple mix matched cups and a half used roll of paper towels. Greasy fingerprints all over the kitchen and the1 tv. And this place is behind a house that by all accounts you would think was abandoned but I guess she lives there. You park right next to what is her houses kind of carport area that is FILLED with junk there is no yard and what little yard her house has is completely overgrown. So do yourself a favor and skip this booking trust me.

The place was in a great location. The floors was a little dirty and the bathroom walls. More mirrors would have been great. The iron was very small. If you stay here bring an iron.

The parking area was nice and large enough to park both cars.

The facility was clean and easy to access. It was within a short drive to everywhere we needed to go. The only negative part was that we were staying for 3 evenings and there was only one roll of toilet paper provided. I contacted the host thinking that I just couldn't find extra rolls and was told It's customary to provide a single roll for short stay. I thought that was odd for only one roll for two adults staying 3 nights and also odd that they didn't care to rectify it. We went out and bought additional toilet paper and everything else was great!

She was very rude knocked on the door at 9:58 walked in the spot and asked for us to leave while I was on the toilet. I said ma’am I’m using the bathroom and her response was check out time is at 10 and I said ma’am it’s 10:01. The place was unfinished she lives in the house in front. Very uncomfortable

Really fun place for gatherings. Very quiet and private.

The stay was fine, it was the host that was the problem. Her rule was no OVERNIGHT GUESTS, she risked everyone safety with a broken step, the vent hadn’t been changed out in nearly a year and the garage flooded after it rained. She made unnecessary issues because she did not want our business there.

I went out to see my partner graduate BCT, the location was amazing, the ease of access and distance from base was amazing. The movie room is so much bigger than what the picture looks like. The entire apartment was amazing. Kira, our host, was amazing and she was so responsive. It really helped ease the stress off of making sure I was set for my reservation.

Nice neighborhood, great appliances, small cleanliness issues but not bad. Responsive management, nice furniture and TV. Kitchen was well stocked

Overall, the property was spacious and the pictures accurately represent the space. The water pressure in the shower was top notch! We could tell there were some finishing touches that needed to be done. I recommend getting luggage racks, floor length mirrors, and lamps for the bedrooms.

I had a great experience staying at Kira's place. The place was very spacious, the bed comfortable, lot of seating in the living room and dining room and a fully equipped kitchen. A big shower! Yeah! And Kira was very responsive to any messages I sent. Thank you! I enjoyed my stay.

It was a pleasant place to stay for a short trip. Quiet neighborhood. Wasn’t using the property much, just at night to sleep. Beds were okay. It met my needs. Good communication by owner.

The property was nice and quiet. It was also close to the base where our son was graduating from basic training. It would have been nice to have an actually door above the stairs, because you could feel the cold air come up from the stairwell. The beds also could use an upgrade on a mattress. They felt very thin with just a bed topper. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay very much.

We stayed while attending my son graduation from Army Basic Training at Ft. Jackson. Communication was great, the place was clean, quiet, easy to find and comfortable. I highly recommend this place to anyone.

Overall, the apartment was all that I needed for my short stay in the Columbia area. The entertainment area was more than accommodating. The two bedrooms were cozy and comfortable.

We picked this location to stay at while we were attending a concert. The check-in process was easy. The location was not that bad. Upon entering we noticed several things to our disliking. The trashcan had no bag in it. The Keurig coffee maker had a used cake cup in it along with water filled at the bottom. There was food inside of the refrigerator and apparently contents from other people stay that were left there.

We stayed for my son's Basic Combat Training graduation and ended up needing a last minute place for an extra day on Thanksgiving. This place was a gem and very close to base. Definitely recommend!

The location and the property were amazing. My main issue was the filthiness of the floor. There were sticky spots throughout the space, as if someone sprayed something but didn't mop all the way. Also the floors had dried dirt clumps through out, as if the floor was not swept before it was mopped. Also the mattresses on the bed were not good AT ALL. We did not sleep well. There is so much potential for this space. A good deep cleaning and some real mattresses and this place would be 10/10.

Property is exactly like the pictures . Its a very nice private place in a nice neighborhood close to everything! Host responded quick & check in process was easy . However only issue was the floors could have been moped beforehand. Besides that i have no complaints & Overall Its a nice place

Overall the stay was decent. The cleanliness definitely could have been better. Also, the listing doesn’t make it clear that the property is directly behind an occupied home. No big deal but we just didn’t realize that until we arrived. We still had privacy and enjoyed not worrying about where to park our large SUV. The appliances in the home are new and nice. Overall, it was the attention to detail that we were missing.

We were visiting my son for parents weekend at USC. Ciara’s property was close convenient and just what we needed . It was a comfortable place to crash after a busy day at the ball game. It was a convenient location with grocery stores and shopping close by.

I recently stayed at this property, and overall, it was a pleasant experience, especially for the price. The location is excellent, and the place was very quiet, which made for a peaceful stay. The AC worked perfectly, keeping the space comfortable. The property seems to be in the middle of a remodel, which gave it a slightly odd vibe, but everything was clean. The kitchen and bathroom were spotless, although I did have to kill a large bug—expected for the South. The linens and towels were fresh, but the floor left much to be desired; after walking around for just 20 minutes post-shower, my feet were black from the dirt. The furniture, particularly the couches, was a bit odd. They were quite low, and if I were any older, I might have struggled to get up. The check-in process was very smooth and hassle-free, but there were some issues with the entryway. After a rainstorm, the inside portion of the entry flooded, likely due to poor sealing around the flooring. Overall, this is a great place to stay for the price, but some improvements could be made to enhance the comfort and cleanliness.
