A beautiful apartment, furnished in a contemporary style.

Spacious open plan living, dining and kitchen area. The apartment also benefits from a wrap-around corner balcony with wonderful harbour views. The smart and stylish kitchen area contains all modern appliances. Master bedroom (5ft kingsize double) ensuite bathroom (separate shower cubicle). Second bedroom (2x 3ft single beds or zip and link superkingsize double) and a family bathroom (bath with shower over).

Parking - One allocated parking space in the developments own gated area.

For cultural events, the Poole Lighthouse theatre and concert hall offers a dazzling array of dramatic productions and music, and is home to the Bournemouth Symphony Orchestra. Shopping facilities in Poole focus around the Dolphin Shopping Centre and the pedestrianised High Street, interspersed with cafes and coffee shops for well-earned refreshment.
