Stayed Dec 29, 2025It was a well appointed suite in a good location. It had all the amenities, though the stove did not work very well and the washing machine was also not easily operational. We enjoyed our stay in Bologna over New Years though! It is a great city and easy to get around by bus.

Stayed May 4, 2025Pietro has been a very friendly host. He was very communicative about arriving and also presented some tips on local food experiences near by. Communication was very good and the apartment was very clean and tidy.

Stayed Oct 10, 2025Good location, about 15-20 min walk to the main piazza. Great restaurants nearby. The apartment is stalked in everything you need. The host is very responsive and helpful.

Stayed May 21, 2025Even though the property is a little bit outside of the city center, it can easily be reached within a 15/20 minute walk and there are plenty of buses at the street corner. The apartment is very clean and has everything you need. Pietro is great at communicating and lives nearby if necessary. There are also a lot of supermarkets and cafes in the neighborhood. Make sure to ask Pietro about the local restaurants; he knows all the good, non touristy places.

Stayed Jun 28, 2024The immediate area around the location is not heavily touristed and you can get a genuine local experience. 5 to 10 minutes walking towards the centre of town and the action picks up. Bedroom, lounge and kitchen are all clean and comfortable. The little balcony is where we finished every evening listening to sounds of life. Great stay.
