A Retro Vibe with Modern Amenities near Bustling Hertel Avenue

Everything was perfect. Loved the clean, spaciousness and everything was provided that we could think of. Great location. The hosts were friendly and helpful! Would stay again with no hesitation!

We absolutely loved our stay! Rachel and Trey have literally thought of everything, from the easy check-in to all the amenities available in this beautiful, nostalgic property. The family photos and posted stories added to the ambience. Thank you for being such excellent host!

Good location in North Buffalo. Communication with host was VG. On-street parking was not an issue. Comfortable beds. Funky vibe. Many good restaurants nearby.The only negative is one bath, but that is shared in the description.

The property is older and still has some work to be done to make it safe for tenants. The only bathroom has a claw bathtub with a slippery floor and no place to hold on for safety. The front door sticks and has old glass that broke while trying to enter the property.

We stayed here for a bills game weekend and just loved the location and vibe of the house. There are great spots in walking distance and the house worked great for our group of five. Owners were just upstairs so they were very responsive to anything we needed.

Everything that one needs is there, as described. We loved the house, the neighborhood and the area in general. The owners were easy to deal with and very nice. Our party of four had a lovely weekend.

Location worked well for us and also good recommendations for food. descriptions says ample street parking but on both nights returning in the evening there was no street parking available and hosts would not allow parking in their driveway. hosts were on the same property but upstairs with the same house. Vrbo advertised (in general adds) a private house to yourself . Not really the case here but not really an issue either.

The house was precious. We loved the decor. The beds were comfy. Parking was fine. The location was fantastic. The family loved the dog upstairs! I’d recommend this location to anyone staying in the WNY area.

Great location - close t family.

This property is incredibly well decorated, with lots of natural light. My friends and I stayed to have a week to catch up and do some sight seeing. The location is perfect for either traveling up to Niagara or staying local to check out restaurants (highly recommend Sana'a for coffee and Lloyd's tacos). The internet and TV are good to hook up multiple devices to. I recommend having an HDMI cord to connect a laptop or gaming console. The sun room is amazing for naps and boardgames! Everything was incredibly comfortable and welcoming. Also, there is a garden in the back with lots of nice flowers and plants.

A lot of thought and care has gone into this property and we had a wonderful stay. The property is in a quaint area, is within walkable distance to nice restaurants, and in a good location to get to Niagara Falls and downtown Buffalo. And, bonus, the owners are very nice.
