A rental that lets you live like a local - only better.

The property was as described and a fit for my family of 4. It was close to the grocery store close to, places to eat and shop, and close to the beach. The owner was quick to respond. There was soap offered ti wash hands, to do dishes, abd to do laundry. It would have nice if soap, shampoo, and conditioner were offered for the showers.

Very comfortable, updated property. Reasonably priced. We loved that it had two full bathrooms and all nessecary amenities. Easy walk to Causeway and Restaurant. Easy drive to Dunedin. Owner responded almost immediately the few times I messaged him. Would definitely stay again and would recommend to family/friends.

Hosts were wonderful and communicative. The home was very clean and nearby local restaurants and beaches. We literally couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Such a cool vibe in this lovely, well appointed place. We enjoyed the cool A/C in the heat of the day. Such a short drive to Honeymoon Island to put our feet in the water. My husband fished off the causeway and also by our house next to a small bridge. No bites but saw a huge dolphin.Cute downtown Dunedin a short drive away. A real great vibe all the way around. Thank you for thinking of every little thing in the apartment!

It felt like we were guests in a friends home. It was stunning, clean and included everything we could have possibly needed.

The property was in a great location and close to all the things we love to do while in Dunedin and surrounding area. The property was well maintained and very clean and the 2 bathrooms was a great feature for our stay.

Our family will definitely return to “live like a local!” This place is VERY CLEAN and comfortable. The host goes above and beyond. The location could not be better; walk to the causeway beach, walk to restaurants and grocery stores. The Pinellas Trail is right up the street giving you multiple towns access. A true gem. Thank you so much for sharing your amazing beautiful space for us travelers.

Such a lovely condo. Location is perfectly situated between the beach and downtown. Uber to downtown was less than 20.00 one way. The town is so cute. I think this is our new favorite place. The owners have put together a little paradise

Chris and Danielle our wonderful hosts. The apartment was in excellent condition and the location fantastic for things to do. Pinellas bike trail was 2 blocks away. We are anxious to return to this property in the future.

The property was exactly as described, the owner was available at all times , a couple of things that needed attention were dealt with by the owner right away . Very clean .

The location is close to everything you need. Even though on the map it looks like the property is on a busy street, you do not hear any traffic noise. Especially at night as Honeymoon Beach is closed at night so basically no traffic.Owner lives door so communication was easy.

We like to walk and be active. This house is very near the Pinellas Trail so we were able to walk every day. No one is control of the weather and it was cool but we were able to ride to Tarpon Springs and back one day. A block away was Frenchy’s Market where you can order fresh fish and take it back to house to eat or cook. The causeway is just a couple of blocks down the street where we drive to watch the sunset.

This unit is fabulous, we had an amazing time and felt comfortable and at home instantly. You can’t beat the location to Honeymoon Island, and you’re close to everything here. The unit layout is excellent for families-master suite completely separate from kids’ suite, and comfortable living/kitchen area in the middle. Having the washer/dryer combo right inside the house is just icing on the cake!

2nd time here and it just gets BETTER Always the best VRBO I have ever stayed at 2 mins from the ocean and let’s go cycling ? Your on the Pinellas trail in 1 minute INDYS cookies SHOULD NOT be missed 1 block away - it’s a must have Perfect experience this stay! THANK YOU!

Great place, but no coffee, no bar soap, no shampoo, and the lock details to enter seemed to miss the important detail of the need to push the lock button to unlock the front door. Nice digs, well appointed though. For the price, wouldn't hurt to leave some coffee pods and shower amenities.
