The property was perfect for our stay!! Close to everything Dunedin has to offer.

Nice apt./home very close to Dunedin Beach. Would recommend this to anyone wanting the true feel of beach life. Hosts are friendly, efficient, and close by. I hope to stay there again.

One of the best places I have ever stayed. Location could not have been any better since we were attending Wedding on Honeymoon Island. Only issue was receiving check-in information before driving down. Was not an issue, just something that I feel needs to be posted earlier than the day of check-in when people are traveling. Owners were fantastic. Quickly responded to any text. Definitely recommend this place.

We were very disappointed to see the property. We booked because it had bunk beds in the second bedroom, as we have a boy and girl teenager. However, the second room only has one full bed. When I reached out to the owners, they responded only to say that the bunk bed had been damaged and removed, and that there was a twin mattress in one of the closets, suggesting one of my kids use that. The listing also said and had photos of a pullout couch, which also was not there. The owners did not respond as to why it was gone. Lastly, the listing stated the unit included a stove. However, there is only a hot plate and convection oven, which couldn’t be used at the same time. This was all disappointing, to say the least, as we were traveling right after the Christmas holiday. We only received one message back from the owners, with no reasonable assistance with the situation. As I told them, I would not have booked the unit had I known it had so far off from the actual listing.

I absolutely love this place this is the second time we have rented this place.

We drove 20 hours from Indiana for our first family Vacation. The mattresses are amazing and comfortable! Not hard. We walked to the bay bridge in the mornings and seen a stingray. We were told dolphins come threw sometimes during high tide. Sitting out front we seem many lizards scurrying around. It was minutes away from many choices of beaches. The local restaurants were amazing. Over all a great trip and we recommend.

This place was perfect for my family of 5. It has Everything you could need for small children. we really didn’t want for anything in this rental. We brought all our own beach gear. If we hadn’t, they have everything we would have needed for a day in the beach. I would feel confident flying in and having everything my family would need for a week or so.

This place was super close to Honeymoon island state park which we love. The hosts were great and so easy to talk to! The location and view and vibe was relaxing. I do wish the house had a stove/oven. Lots of amenities and hoses to rinse off sandy stuff. Parking was good. The dining room table is marble which was great for clean up after my 1 year old had lunch. My mother fell in love with the queen bed and wants to buy one.

The condo is in a fabulous location close to the causeway and Honeymoon Island! Caldesi Island is currently closed due to storm damage. This location features many amenities...but for us, it's always about the washer/dryer!You can catch a sunset and a sunrise here and they are.amazi

The 2 bed, 2 bath house was amazing with a great location.The only down side was that it didn’t have a pool.

We've stayed in both units at this property, and we love them both. Owner was great to talk with, very flexible on check in and check out times. Very clean, modern, and all the amenities. We will be back again for our third time soon!

Modern 2 bed with nice amenities.Even had sheets and towels. Close to Honeymoon, Frenchys, and downtown Dunedin.Could use a oven, more outlets, and a couple lamps. Great hosts!

We stay here at least once or twice a year. This is such a beautiful and relaxing place to stay. You are close to everything. We have made such unbelievable memories here! Thanks Chris and Danielle!

My daughters and I had another fantastic time here. This is absolutely the perfect location to Honeymoon Island and Dunedin. This place is absolutely beautiful and so comfortable. It is truly a home away from home. The owners are extremely friendly and helpful. I can't recommend this place enough!

The location of the condo is perfect!! Super cute & clean. Decorated very nice. It was an incredible location to watch the midnight race our son & his buddy did as well as having several restaurants within walking distance. We will definitely be back next year ?

My family and I stayed for a week in Dunedin and this was the perfect place for us. The host was very willing to answer our questions before the stay and help with anything during our stay. My three kids loved being so close to the beach and causeway and having the outdoor seating area. Having the bikes and water equipment was fantastic. The rental was clean and comfortable was a great place for us during our vacation. I would highly recommend!
