Traditional house just finished to renew, with balconies over Bica's Funicular street, bright and spacious for four people and can accommodate up to 6 people.
2 Bedrooms, 1 living and dining room, 1 kitchen and 1 bathroom.
For sleeping there are 2 double beds and a double sofa bed. Baby
Public transport within 5 minutes walk includes two metro lines (green and blue), various buses and trams, trains, and taxis are passing all the time around the corner of the streets both up and down the hill.
Gardens, belvederes, coffees and restaurants, trendy stores and stores invoking ancient times, museums and theaters, everything is within walking distance of this house.
And because it is still absolutely true and its inhabitants do keep on saying it:

Stayed Oct 7, 2023Not a place go for a quiet stay, The place is clean and cozy but be aware the area hilly crowded the hill access and parking are not permitted for guests the closest public parking is blocks away - no street access by car and 3 flights of small wooden stairs, trolly noise - this make this a non starter for anything but a night life party visit - steps / stairs of property are challenging - with a heat wave when we stayed and the street noise (trolly and mass of folks partying till past 4am it’s only suitable if that’s your thing we had to leave first night as we could not deal with heat and noise, with no AC the place has to have the windows open during warm times this makes things worse with it is a noisy sweat box. This is a not a normal spot, this is not a place unless you want the loud night life party scene and crave sweating when it’s warm.! The place is clean and equipped, but not a location that should be considered unless you want what noise The advertisement should have more warnings about what the challenges are of this location, noise and heat warning. Access warning in the title.

Stayed Oct 26, 2022Lovely and very comfortable property. Central to everything and fun to people watch. Fun bar across the street and great restaurants close by. Lots of people so it is a little noisy outside at night but quiets down. Would definitely come again
