Our 2 bed, 2 bath space features modern decor while preserving the historic details of the building. Along with this great space is an onsite fitness center, natural lit atrium, and easy access to Old Market restaurants, shops and destinations. Just a little over a 15 minute walk to TD Ameritrade Park (CWS) and CHI Health Center Arena (Swim Trials, Berkshire +more).

Stayed May 26, 2023This property was exactly as shown. Great location, very comfortable and plenty of room. It is walkable to all thinks I’m the old Market area. The only downside was the Wi-Fi was really spotty very hit or miss.

Stayed Dec 21, 2025The host needs more experience and practice being cordial and polite in communications. It was a really cool building, great location, great bedrooms. Master bath water pressure was extremely low so maybe needs a little maintenance attention. Large kitchen, minimally equipped, but because I cook a lot when traveling I really wish there was a garbage disposal! There are many beds for sleeping but the lounging and eating spaces don’t match that. One smaller not very comfortable couch and only 3 bar stools for eating at the nice huge island.

Stayed Jun 27, 2025The loft was wonderful. Walking distance to serval good restaurants and shopping. I was happy with how easy it was to check in and check out. Very clean and had everything we needed for our stay.The only thing that could have been better is the seating in the living room. There is only one sofa and that left some of us sitting on the floor. I think you could add a chair to make it more comfortable for visiting.

Stayed Jan 22, 2025We used this property as homebase while moving our son into his new permanent place to start a new job. After a long day of moving him in and cleaning, this was an incredible haven to simply enjoy the evenings - surrounding restaurants and bars were fantastic. Highly recommend this location, we’ll be back!

Stayed Oct 16, 2024The loft was very clean and situated centrally. Lots of things to walk to without driving. The very loud people yelling in the alley every night and the garbage trucks dumping bottles at 4,5,6 in the morning was not cool. Every night. Won’t stay again which is unfortunate because the location is perfect. After dark we saw several people get arrested and some shady things happening.
