This historic, 1,000 square foot loft, is located inside the Woolworth Building, a landmark in the heart of the Old Market. Our 2 bed, 2 bath space features modern decor while preserving the historic details of the building. Along with this great space is an onsite fitness center, natural lit atrium, and easy access to Old Market restaurants, shops and destinations. Just a little over a 15 minute walk to TD Ameritrade Park (CWS) and CHI Health Center Arena (Swim Trials, Berkshire +more).

Woolworth Lofts are located in the historic Old Market district in downtown Omaha. Enjoy the full Omaha vibe in the heart of everything that makes Omaha unique. Less than a mile to TD Ameritrade Park and CHI Health Arena.

Atrium, Fitness Center, On-site Restaurants, Coffee Shop, Lower-level arcade, Washer & Dryer and private entrance.

For parking we have three primary recommendations. There's quite a bit of street parking available nearby. Street parking is metered Mon-Sat from 9am-9pm, if you forget to pay a meter the penalty is only $10, so some decide to go that option. There is a parking garage (pictured) directly behind our building, which is $17/day. Finally, there's a parking garage 2 blocks away at 11 & Jackson (OmahaPark Four), it's approximately $4/day, however you're unable to park there Friday evening and Saturday morning due to the Farmer's market taking place there.

This loft features 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. In the master bedroom you'll find a spacious walk-in closet, private bathroom and queen bed. In the second bedroom you'll find a queen bed and walk-in closet.

The living room space features a loveseat along with amazing views of the Old Market and downtown Omaha.

For in room entertainment you'll find super fast WiFi along with a Smart TV and digital cable.

The full kitchen, with sold surface counters and a large eat-in island, includes a full-size fridge, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee pot, dishes and cooking essentials. Also in the suite is a washer and dryer.

An in-room digital thermostat is at your fingertips to adjust the AC/heat up or down to your liking.

Also available to guests is our second floor fitness center, third-floor atrium and three distinct restaurants on the first floor and a lower-level arcade.

Parking garages are available. Transportation available through Uber, Lyft, and Taxi service. Bus service within 2 blocks.

The Old Market is an urban downtown area, as such it can be loud at this loft, which faces a primary street, especially on the weekends. If you're noise adverse you may want to consider one of our other lofts that doesn't face this primary thoroughfare.

    Right in the heart of Old Market. Compact, modern apartment. Needed a white noise machine for sleeping because of revving engines and people yelling outside until 2 a.m.

    Centrally located in the old market! There was so many restaurants and bars within walking distance! Super easy check in and the room was great will definitely stay here again next time I am visiting Omaha!

    Overall this place met our expectations. it's situated in a most convenient location, The Old Market. There were occasional sounds of party goers outside in the streets but nothing to fret about. The Woolworth building is in great shape inside and kept in nice condition. The bonus is taking the elevator down to the first floor and ending up at Billy Frogs! Like having your own personal bar! Just a small suggestion for the kitchen, and that is, a toaster and cutting board would make great additions. But like I said in the beginning a great place to stay and you can't beat the location. Did I mention that you can find parking for just $2 a day at Park Omaha. Can't beat that! Would most def stay again! Thank you Rico and Jenn

    Loved the location, layout of our loft. Very easy check in/out process. Fun and I plan on returning. Old Market is charming and it kept the driving to a minimum. I appreciated having a washer and dryer in our condo. Set up for success on all levels.

    As soon as I reserved the location, I received immediate communication. The detailed information made every step incredibly easy: from quickly locating the main entrance, getting the secure key, to accessing the unit. The added security steps were a big bonus to feeling very safe. Once in the unit, it was obvious it has been well kept. It was very clean and met all of our needs. We were traveling for business and having the extra kitchen bar area to work from was definitely an added bonus! So very glad we found this location!
