Delightful, recently renovated apartment, located on the fourth floor of a building with a lift, in an area ten minutes away from the city center, full of greenery and provided with services.



The house opens onto a bright living area with a balcony, and furnished with a sofa, a dining table, television and an American kitchen equipped with an oven, a dishwasher and a microwave. Next, the sleeping area which consists of a room with a queen-size bed, a mirror, a desk and a veryspacious wardrobe.

A bathroom with a bathtub and shower curtain completes the layout.

Not to be missed are Giambologna's Neptune Fountain and the Medieval Towers, the Asinelli and the Garisenda, part of a rich cultural heritage preserved in the numerous museums, galleries and religious buildings. It is impossible to leave Bologna without tasting its food and wine products, including mortadella, tortellini, ragù alla Bolognese accompanied by the well-known DOC wines of the Colli Bolognesi! Rich in exhibitions, fairs and cultural events, Bologna is a city that can surprise all year round.



The central train station is 6 km from the accommodation, while the airport can be reached by car in less than 20 minutes.
