Unit 543 Lemon Arbour is a beautifully fitted 1 bedroom apartment located on the upper storey in Rockley Golf & Country Club Resort. This apartment has both a large covered front balcony and a back balcony. The balcony, which leads off the lounge, faces the lovely cool easterly breeze and overlooks the golf course. It is furnished with 2 sun loungers and 2 small tables which make it ideal to enjoy breakfast in the early morning. The large covered balcony, which leads from the front of the apartment, faces west and overlooks the cluster pool. This balcony is furnished with a ceiling fan, 2 lounge chairs and a dining table with 4 chairs for alfresco dining, or a bbq. These private outdoor areas ensure that you have adequate relaxing and entertainment areas to just simply chill out in the day and evening. The atmosphere and cool tropical breezes of the evenings can be truly appreciated relaxing in either of these areas. This light airy open plan design rental apartment has been well maintained and is an extremely cool apartment.

Indoors, the living room comfortably seats 5/6 people and has a large ceiling fan. One of the 3-seater settee's is also a sofa bed and will sleep 2. There is a dining area with a dining table and 4 chairs. Other amenities available include a telephone, radio, cable TV, multi-region DVD player and free high speed fibre internet access.

The bedroom offers guests the option of having either two single beds or joined to make a superking size bed. The bedroom is also equipped with air conditioning, a ceiling fan, a Babyliss hairdryer and a safe for valuables. The bedroom has both 110V and 220V sockets.

The refurbished bathroom has a shower and both bath and beach towels are provided. There is a wall mounted magnifying mirror and a shaving socket.

The kitchen is well equipped for those who wish to self-cater. Included in the kitchen are a cooker, large fridge/freezer, microwave, electric kettle, coffee percolator, toaster and blender, along with a good selection of pots, pans, casserole dishes, kitchen scales and various utensils.

The apartment is equipped with an ironing board and iron. There are laundry facilities in the cluster, which houses four washing machines, four tumble dryers and outdoor laundry lines. Free tokens are given to guests on arrival for use in the laundry room, you will need to supply your own laundry detergent.

For added security the apartment is fully secured with grills on the windows and doors.

Unit 543 Lemon Arbour also offers holiday guests access to a pool which the apartment overlooks. Rockley Beach, restaurants and shops are within 15 minutes walking distance as well as the popular 1.6 km Boardwalk that runs along the seashore from Accra Beach to Camelot. Massey's supermarket, which is about a 9-10 minute stroll from the apartment, provide a courtesy mini bus transport back to Rockley Resort. Maid service is included once a week. There is ample free parking either at the Lemon Arbour car park or at the north side of the apartment.

Golf and tennis are available, these can be booked through the resort's clubhouse. Also located at the clubhouse is Panenka restaurant which has quiz nights, karaoke etc.

There is a hairdresser and 'Changes Therapeuticcentre', a massage treatment facility, at Rockley located at the far end of the car park opposite the offices.

    Great place with two balconies, one over looking the pool. Monkeys running around on the golf course just off the other one. Close to grocery store and beach. Nice condo with everything you'd need. Would stay here again. The site isn't letting me add photos but this is one of the best choices if you want to overlook the pool.

    We couldn’t have asked for more! The apartment itself was well equipped, clean and positioned perfectly above the pool area. The area is well maintained and the added fun of watching the monkeys from the balcony was the icing on the cake. Communication from our host was brilliant and she was always quick to respond to our questions. I feel like we found a little gem of a place and hope to visit again in the future. Thank you.

    Really enjoyed our time here. We love to get out and explore the island and this was an excellent location for doing so. Also within walking distance for Rockley Beach and a few cocktails. The property and facilities were very good and we used the golf course club house for drinks and meals a few times. Comms with Pat were excellent throughout the 18 months we were waiting to get out here. Thank you ?

    Before leaving we had several questions, and Pat Murphy patiently answered them all. The apartment was very clean, and the place was perfect for our needs. The beach is a bit of a walk, but not that far. Thank you again Pat for all your help.

    We truly loved staying at Pat's home! From the second we walked in until we left we felt as if we were home. Pat's home is decorated with a relaxing vacation in mind, very clean and is very family friendly. From the shower with the pebbles in it (the shower floor has pebbles instead of tiles) to the bookshelf with plenty of books to 2 balconies that one can choose from to relax. We were very hesitant to book this property due to there being no reviews but Pat was able to alleviate any concerns that we had and we are so happy that we went with her home. Our main questions as we were travelling with 2 young children were if there was a king size bed and if there was WIFI. She responded very quickly with the sizes of king beds (US vs UK) and reassured us that the bed would fit us and there was also a pull out bed in the TV/living room area if we needed extra space. As most parents to young children know, no matter how much you try to kick them out of your bedroom they always find their way back! That being said, the kids loved the pull out couch the first night, but the rest of our 2 week stay, the kids slept with us and it was a comfortable fit. Bonus, the air conditioner worked perfectly and we would turn it on about 5 minutes before bed to cool the room down before we went sleep. The WIFI also worked!!!! This is one of the only places we have ever stayed in Barbados that the WIFI actually worked and we have been coming here for a few years now. There is also a laundry present in the complex and that was an added bonus. The kitchen was fully stocked with pots and pans as well as cooking and eating utensils. To save money, we had packed the basics we knew we would need ( Pam cooking spray, pasta, coffee, snacks for the kids etc) and brought it in from the States as Barbados' supermarkets tend to be pricey and bought the perishables from the store. We cooked most meals as eating out for a family of 4 is very expensive! The closest supermarket is about a 10 minute walk and by car is almost 2 mins. Pat's condo also overlooked the pool and there is a beautiful patio that one can sit out at night and have dinner. The front side of the condo also has a smaller patio and that overlooks the golf course. We would definitely recommend Pat's home to anyone who is looking for a romantic getaway, family getaway or anyone who just wants to get away from the stresses of daily life. It really was the perfect place to stay! Can't wait to return!
