Stayed Aug 13, 2025The ad lead us to believe it was on the 2nd story and it turned out out to be 3rd floor so 3 flights of stairs. Had to walk by the dirty laundry to get up to the room. Got to the room put in the code and the bed is not made, there’s someone’s luggage spread out all over and someone is obviously still not checked out of the room. Tried to contact the host and number was no longer in service. Got ahold of vrbo customer service eventually and they did give our money back after having to go back into the occupied room and take pictures and videos (not thrilled with that.) Was told we’d get a 120 voucher as well but haven’t seen any confirmation of that yet.
