The apartment was clean, nicely decorated and well- stocked. It was very comfortable, close to our family, and an easy walk to the trail around the lake.

Great! We come out every year to see our daughter and find new experiences in CO. We rode a train in Leadville up through the mountains for 2 hours, just beautiful! We went to Iron Mountain Hot Springs in Glenwood Springs. So lovely, over 20 plus different mineral pools to try and an ice cold plunge, I did not do. It was fun to watch other people who were braver than me !Our accommodations were wonderful! A king bed is hard to find and I will book mark this one! Very comfortable! A spacious living room, big TV, fully equipped kitchen, great lighting and adequate phone charger locations, nice outside patio area, our own driveway, and a very sweet hostess, Maureen.Not super modern but very comfy cozy.

Nothing fancy, but OK for a short stay in Denver area.

Lovely home close to Golden Colorado. Stayed while we helped our son move back for college.Very private/peaceful. Bed was comfortable. Neat backyard.

This was a perfect location for my husband and I to celebrate our anniversary. It was impeccably clean and suited our needs perfectly. It is in a quiet neighborhood but not far from fun, food and attractions.When Maureen found out we were there for our anniversary, she added some special touches that meant so much to us. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Needed a place to stay while taking class for week and this cozy ground level was perfect. Loved sitting in the garden backyard for mornings and afternoon tea. Plenty of space, lovely hosts, answered questions right away.

We enjoyed our stay! We were in and out but loved that we were close to the Red Rocks for a concert (20 minutes and about the same distance to Denver International Airport. They had all the supplies needed to cook a meal. Thank you for the advice on turning the fireplace on, it was a little chilly during the day, but at night the air conditioner was perfect. We loved the park that was about a block away, perfect for walking, running, biking, rollerblading! Close to Golden & Boulder!

Everything was clean, furnished, and comfortable! Our little family of 3 enjoyed our time there.

Here for a visit with our son who is close by in Lakewood. Also very convenient for a Red Rocks concert. Enjoyed daily walks around the park. The Evolve team was easy to communicate with. Posting on VRBO was accurate and well appointed

The basement apartment was exactly as advertised. It was clean, appointed with things to make the stay feel like home, and quiet. In addition, the bed was very comfortable.

We rented this property for a week long softball tournament. It was perfect for my daughter and I. Great location and beautiful backyard. Everything was great. The only negative we have is the upstairs floor is squeaky and you can hear the people upstairs walking around.

We came to see James Taylor at the Red Rocks. Our weekend was great. The apartment is in basement of the residence. Separate entrance so we came and went as we pleased. The bed was very comfortable, as was the space. The location was convenient for the places we went during our stay. We enjoyed visiting Denver. Love Colorado.
