Privacy: Please do not approach the building reception/concierge. I am your dedicated host—message me directly for anything you need!

Deliveries: No parcels can be delivered to the building; the concierge will not accept them for short-term guests.

Quiet Hours: Please respect our neighbours by keeping noise low between 10 PM – 8 AM.

PLEASE NOTE: ONLY NUMBER OF GUEST BOOKED ARE ALLOWED TO STAY IN THE APARTMENT

Check-In & Security

Arrival: Full self-check-in instructions are sent prior to arrival.

Keys: Please keep fobs secure. A $300 replacement fee applies for lost keys due to high-security building requirements.

Flexibility: I offer 1-hour extensions for check-in/out for free if the calendar permits! Just ask.

Parking & Transport

Parking: No on-site parking. I recommend off site paid parking like Wilson Parking - Southern Cross or Secure Parking
