Stayed Aug 1, 2024We stayed at this location for a month. It was the only place we could get into on short notice that allowed dogs and that wasn’t in a bad neighborhood. It is a second-floor efficiency apartment with a few upgrades like hard flooring in the common area and granite countertops. Our 4 year old thought it was awesome and never wanted to leave. He, of course, did not care that the a/c was just window units in the bedrooms that struggled to cool the living room and did nothing for the kitchen. He also thought it was cool that we had to carry our laundry down the steep steep, narrow stairs that his mom fell down (not safe for kids or adults with balance issues) to the laundry room. He liked running down the little wooden boardwalk to go past the house between the apartment and the beach which is the only beach access (the apartment is not beachfront - it is beach view). Laundry, though not in-unit, was effective and the beach was not crowded. Overall it was kind of overpriced but when you need a place to stay between selling your house and moving to the next duty station, it got the job done.
