Stayed Oct 24, 2025The studio is very well located and perfect for a visit where you don’t need more than a bed, kitchen and TV. It is clean, comfortable and the owner is extremely responsive. I’d definitely recommend it for a couple visiting their son or daughter at school or spending some time in Eugene.

Stayed Sep 18, 2025The bed was comfortable and the location was close to UO. Water for shower was just over body temperature. Could not make it warmer. This would have been more of problem if it was colder. Freezer refs defrosting and better ice tray.

Stayed Jul 30, 2025In Eugene for the USATF championships at Hayward field. The apartment was the perfect place to stay. It was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. I was able to walk to Hayward field each day, as well as good restaurants within easy walking distance. I would definitely stay here again, and would highly recommend it to others.

Stayed May 28, 2025Stayed while visiting my son who is a student at the University. Great location, walkable to shops, restaurants, and parks! Very clean and had everything I needed for my stay.

Stayed Sep 26, 2024Great little place. It is very close to University of Oregon, and is in a nice neighborhood. There are quite a few restaurants within walking distance and a 7/11 right across the street. The photos on VRBO don't do the place justice, it is much nicer in person. We look forward to coming back.

Stayed Aug 30, 2024Perfect place for a few days. Very clean. Small but had everything I needed for the long weekend. Upstairs unit so no one stomping above. Can walk to everything. Great place at the corner for snow cones :) .
