This place has walking distance to everything great in Norman; Art and Dinosaur Museum, Student Theater and Concerts, Sooner Theater and Santa Fe Station, Bars and Restaurants, Music, Libraries, and a lot more. Experience a real urban experience in the heart of small-town Oklahoma.
Other things to note
The train tracks are located 2 blocks from the building and you will definitely hear it. However, this should only bother the lightest of sleepers. The apartment is also located in a converted garage. Remember that the apartment is a few blocks from the stadium. Getting to the apartment by car prior to or directly after the games is going to require patience. Parking is limited and first come first serve. There are 3 parking spaces off the alley, including a space parallel to the garage apartment. Street parking is available on Lynn and 1/2 block away in an empty city lot next to the railroad tracks. Includes a queen-sized bed with a 5* Hotel quality mattress and linen and extra linen for the couch. You can park the car on, south side of the alley near the building, or street parking is available on the west side of the apartment. The washer Dryer is included in the apartment. Free use of 2 bikes(bring your own helmets). A stocked refrigerator and all cooking utensils and spices are provided to cook food at home and save money. Come and try.

We will request a photo ID from all our guests. This is no different from if you went to a hotel. Our objective is to verify and also ensure that your account is not compromised. In the past year, we have encountered four such cases. Thank you for your cooperation.
Additional blankets will be provided to the guests on prior requests before the check-in date.

Currently, the Pool is open, however, we may close the pool due to weather conditions and maintenance anytime.

    You need to tell renters that the property does not come with a TV so they can plan accordingly. If I had known I would have brought my laptop. Besides that everything else was good!

    Perfect studio apartment for my son and I during OU Orientation. The train tracks are literally across the street, but the sound was barely noticeable. If you are visiting and arriving by train, this place is perfectly located. 5 minute walk from train station and 5 minute walk to Campus Corner restaurants. The houses around the apartment are less than attractive in the daylight, but nothing that different from the rest of Norman. Overall, we felt safe and will stay here again in the future.

    Check in was simple and straight forward and the location was perfect. There was plenty of space and everything I needed to stay in Norman for the week. The best part was the bicycles. I was able to get out and explore after working all day, and even caught some live music downtown. Loved it.

    We had a good time staying at this property. It is a perfect location set between Campus Corner and Main Street. We were able to walk for coffee, food, and drinks all weekend. Although the unit is fairly close to the train tracks, the low rumble was barely noticeable. The downstairs unit was well appointed, clean, and comfortable - perfect for one or two people. Being a downstairs unit you may hear the upstairs neighbors occasionally.
