Stayed Apr 18, 2025Excellent location, nice decor! Came to visit for a reunion weekend and was quite happy with this space. Very easy to walk to campus or downtown, and being able to swing back here for a breather between events was super convenient. Thanks for a lovely stay!

Stayed Jan 2, 2026Space was centrally located, walkable to downtown, had everything we needed for a great stay. Parking structure around the corner is reasonable, for overnight parking, park on floor 3 or up. Would recommend packing ear plugs, downtown location means downtown noise. Was great to be back in town, thanks!

Stayed May 7, 2025The stay was good except for the steep stairs and the parking. Our passenger window was busted out and car tossed and robbed the parking is a serious problem in that area. Police said 5 in last 2 days we were there.

Stayed Mar 26, 2025The location was absolutely ideal and couldn’t have been more perfect for my visit. The decor was appealing, the towels were exceptional, and the bed was very comfortable. The space was lacking natural sunlight, but that had minimal impact on my visit.

Stayed Mar 23, 2025While the unit was picturesque and tidy, located in a nice vibrant area of town, and the owner was a great communicator, I do not recommend this rental due to the poor indoor air quality. If you are sensitive to odors and have allergies, I would not recommend.

Stayed Sep 13, 2024Great location on west side of central campus and an easy walk down to Michigan Stadium and Crisler Arena. Would definitely consider staying again on next visit to Ann Arbor.
