Stayed Nov 3, 2025This apartment is located right in the middle of where you need to be if you are visiting your kid in law school. I can't speak to any other experience, but I love being right in the middle of everything. The apartment itself is very cute, including a record player, a Murphy bed, and an old card catalog. The Murphy bed is surprisingly very comfortable, although getting to it is a little challenging if you have any physical disability I would pre-plan how you're going to get on to such a high bed with the couch underneath it being in the way. Overall, I think the owners did an excellent job of setting this up so that you get the most out of such a small space. The kitchen is usable, the shower has a door rather than a curtain which I prefer, and there is seating that actually works and isn't just for show. I highly recommend this space.

Stayed Oct 26, 2025Clean room, bathroom and kitchen with a vinyl copy of the Little Prince by Antoine St-Exupery. I immediately knew I had chosen the right place. Essy access to rhe University, estaurants and nightlife. Great communication from owners. Highoy suggest staying here.

Stayed Oct 8, 2023I was in an Ann Arbor for a conference at UMich and this apartment worked out wonderfully. The location is great and I very much appreciated the record player with a Dean Martin LP. I didn't get to use the kitchen due but I imagine it coming in very handy on a longer stay.

Stayed Sep 25, 2023The parking was not that easy. The room was very comfortable which I would expect from the price tag. The breakfast was excellent with a nice variety of choices. I never did receive the wake up call I requested

Stayed Nov 11, 2022I'll start with the positives....Great location and close to campus and restaurants. The place was actually larger than we had expected. The downside to the location is that it is VERY noisy. I mean, you won't sleep much. I realize this isn't entirely the fault of the owner, but a fan or noise machine may not be a bad idea since you'll have drunk college students outside every night. For the price, I'll probably stay further out at a hotel next time and spend the saved money on ubers. Just my 2 cents.....nothing against the unit, but just not for me personally.

Stayed Feb 26, 2022It was a unique experience for my wife and i. Thebonly things that were off putting were both front door and entrance to the flat. The locks were both jacked up enough where it took a couple mjnuted of finagling to get them unlocked and/or locked. All around fun experience though.

Stayed Oct 16, 2025Clean and super access to U of M. Noisy so we had to use the box fan white noise on Spotify and the earplugs provided by the hosts. I think that is the trade off to being so close to college students . Would stay again!

Stayed Apr 12, 2025We enjoyed our stay, we went into this knowing about street noise and planned on drinking late anyway. The hop cat had great food and beer, highly recommend. The parking garage was 18 for the one night stay. And close enough to walk to the truck to smoke. Oh yea the pizza downstairs is amazing. You will eat it cause you smell it in the hallway and you won’t be able to skip out lol.

Stayed Apr 10, 2025Overall very calm and nice stay at this Vrbo. A cozy listing in a very very convenient location. If you like pizza, or just New York food, you are so so so in luck. The NYPD pizza joint right below is such an amazing spot it’s almost worth staying at this cozy spot just for the convenience of simply walking downstairs for a slice, some knots, and a slice of red velvet cake.

Stayed Mar 27, 2025The rental itself was adorable and centrally located. The bathroom was not ideal, but fine for a couple of days. If you don't mind loud college students partying intothe late night hours, then I would highly recommend this place.

Stayed Feb 1, 2025GREAT location. But be aware you are in the heart of the energy of downtown Ann Arbor. There is street noise but if you’re used to an urban atmosphere, it’s like home. If not, the lovely hosts provide a white noise machine and ear buds. I arrived on a Saturday and miraculously found a spot right across the street. Parked for the weekend and walked everywhere. The decor was amazing.. warm and welcoming . Incredibly comfortable bed. Spacious bathroom. Cute little kitchenette for coffee or to warm your leftovers because there is no need to cook given the proximity to all of the cafes and restaurants. Perfect for a 2-4 day stay. No TV… didn’t need it as we enjoyed what the city had to offer. But once there, was comfortable enough to just relax in the cozy chairs, read my book or listen to records on the provided record player. My PhD student (the reason for my visit) said it would be the perfect studio apartment. This will be my first choice the next time I visit!

Stayed Dec 22, 2024The space is very cozy and clean, with an individual touch (more and more rare these days). Checkin was easy, and the apartment is easy walking distance to all downtown attractions, especially dining & shopping. I was a little disappointed that a neighboring tenant played techno fairly loud from 6am-checkout, so sleeping wasn’t the best.

Stayed Jul 30, 2024We had a wonderful stay. Communication with the property manager was great. We enjoyed the location and the eclectic style of the apartment. The parking garage close was reasonable as well. It is $1.50/hour so $36 a day.
