Great location! We had a wonderful time!

Beautiful room!! Six ladies enjoyed celebrating a birthday. Stayed for 6 nights. Lots of nearby shops and restaurants. Thank you to Derik for being a great host!!

The property is beautiful and conveniently located. Communication and response with Derik was beyond excellent.

The property was first class... great location and amenities

The property is right across from the beach and along a row of other well-appointed resort properties. We enjoyed a relaxing stay in the spacious suite and took advantage of the pool, pool bar and the Conrad exclusive beach area. I would stay there again and recommend it for location and comfort

This is our second time staying at Conrad with our family. The property is so convenient - walkable to tons of restaurants/bars and the beach which is key with young children! Everyone who works on the property is SO nice and helpful, which just makes the best experience! We were able to check in right at 4pm and it was easy to communicate with the property host. My only feedback is the coffee maker; we inquired about the type ahead of the trip (I was planning to purchase coffee for the week) and we were told they were a special type of nespresso pod you had to order. Given we didn't have time to order them, we were disappointed when we arrived with 1 pod available for us to use...I don't expect to have free coffee for the week, but adding a more versatile coffee maker would make for a way better experience vs. having to go to the lobby and spend $20 on coffee every morning. Other than that we LOVED this place and will continue to return to the Conrad for family vacas!

The property itself was gorgeous! The rooms and bathrooms were beautiful, views were gorgeous and it was extremely convenient and close to the beach. I recommend the location 100%. The communication and lack of responsiveness from the Property Manager was the worst I have ever experienced. I did not have any information for a 4pm check check in on how to check in until 3:30pm. I had to call and text several times to receive a response. I was told someone would meet us in lobby at 4pm to get us checked in. We were not met until 4:45pm. We waited for 45 minutes and checked in an hour later than we were supposed to. It was beyond frustrating. Our time was not valued or respected. I requested we be granted an additional hour on our checkout time due to this inconvenience, but was told absolutely not because clearly only their time is respected, not ours. One of the three sinks in our bathrooms were clogged upon arrival and the property manager ignored several texts about the clog and then told me nothing could be done about it until we checked out. When I would try to discuss the issues with the property manager they would just continuously remind me how beautiful the condo is and what a great deal I got on it. Even though we did not book directly through the hotel, the hotel staff was extremely nice, and helped us the best that they could. If it wasn’t for the property manager, this would be the most amazing place to stay.

This condo is embedded in the Conrad Hotel. So when you get there you will presented with Resort and Valet parking fees at $100/day. All above your VRBO costs. The place doesn’t have a complete kitchen, almost no pots and pans, no large bowls, no Oven. The coffee maker is an off brand with hard to find pods. But you will love the views! Also, for your resort fee, you get maid and towel service daily. It would be a 4.5 except for kitchen and extra fees.

Hotel gym, pool, we’re lovely

Great location, nice view of ocean & canal. Plenty of space for a family.
