Stayed Nov 3, 2025You get what you pay for. We stayed here for a week in November. Communication with our contact person was clear and helpful. The apartment is simple and dated, with worn furniture, limited dishes and cutlery, and a frying pan with a worn non-stick coating. Extra towels or toilet paper would have been nice, and there was a noticeable smell at first, but opening the doors helped. It’s a basic apartment in a beautiful mountain location, though it could be challenging to reach for those with mobility issues. The swimming pool was really nice. One serious concern: on our last night, a stranger opened our door with a key and looked inside while we were sleeping. This was very alarming. Our contact person addressed it immediately and took it seriously. Overall, it’s an okay place for a short stay if you’re aware of these points.

Stayed Nov 19, 2025Wait to check in, told 2pm, got in at 3 and waited on balcony whilst apartment was cleaned and had agent on phone demanding damage/breakage deposit - stating 'no deposit, no keys' Poor lighting on balcony Torn curtains in living room Bedroom like a tiny cell could barely get in & out of bed - no pull cord on bedroom blind. Bed rock hard & uncomfortable - as was the sofa bed No kettle, no tea-towel, only 1 wine glass No bin bag in bathroom bin (and no replacement bags for kitchen bin) Laminate on table top in living area all peeling off Very few TV channels and the one's that worked kept freezing/cutting off Saving grace during our stay was the spacious terrace with lovely views
