Most people bike, or walk, or hike. But, you will need a car, Lyft or Uber to get to the property. We are very close to Kings Island and Camp Cedar.

Overall the apartment is a nice space to be in. I didn’t hear any noise created by people in the hallway. Two of the neighbors did have dogs that we heard continuously bark when the owners were out. We slept in the upper loft of the apartment. Both beds in this apartment are firm. My partner and I are used to medium-firm mattresses. The mattress in the apartment were true firm mattress. The couch in the apartment was really comfortable and we were amused by the circular floor matt that move when you step on them. The refrigerator in the unit is not balanced. One of the legs needs to be spun to level it out but it was too tight to do by hand. The blinds in the lower level of the apartment block out a lot of light. The upper loft is lit up by upper factory windows which don’t have a blind or shade. If you are sensitive to light waking you up in the morning you will want to sleep in the lower loft bedroom. I think a pull over shade could be install in the upper loft over the half wall to fix this. One that you could pull over the block the light during the morning and pull back during the day so you can still get the full light and view. The other aspect that I wish this apartment had was night stands on both of the bed. A few extra plugs near the bed nightstands to charge phone would be greatly appreciate. The complaints on this apartment are very minimal and overall we enjoyed our stay at the factory apartment. It was a unique place to stay and we loved the close hiking trail. Last I was not expecting the mountain like road with a sharp turn that you drive on to access the factory property. I also think they need better signage at the road. This of course no fault of the vrbo renter. Jason and company are a good host to work with. One other thing that would have made the stay better would be to install a chain lock at the door. The smart locks are nice but we as renters have no idea who has access to the locks. So it would provide another lit bit of extra security feeling.
We have been wanting to lease one of these apartments and thought staying here a few days would be a good idea to see if they are worth the wait. The unit was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. No complaints other than it's a long walk to get to the unit once you're in the building. Shuttling all the stuff in and out was a chore, but it's a great location overall. Had good food from the restaurant next door and the bike trail is superb in that area.
Our family of 5 stayed for 10 days here. Plenty of space to spread out in, comfortable and roomy and quiet even with the brewery next door. Definitely recommend.
We were centrally located to all we needed to do. Kings Island is 6 minutes away! We were also close to family located in Maineville as well as West Chester and shopping at Kenwood. Perfect spot for our stay! The apartment was clean and the linens are prime. Very comfortable and pretty. We ate a couple times at Cartridge Brewing Co connected to the property and that was VERY convenient!
Great place to stay, location is perfect, trails are beautiful, river right next to the property is pretty too. The brewery has great food and beer of course. Place was very clean, modern design, and well equipped! I love to cook, just wish there would have been a blender! Great stay overall!
