Stayed Apr 22, 2024We live pretty locally, but needed to get out of our house while some work was being done. We were somewhat familiar with Cartridge Brewing - so we were excited to stay there. Having lived in lofts in the past, I will say this is one of the better lofts I've stayed in. We had fun and enjoyed great food at the brewery.

Stayed Dec 30, 2022The biggest complaint was we told the VRBO host that we were coming to the area to visit with my son, daughter-in-law and 3 year old grandson. They stopped over to open Christmas gifts and the only table to do it on was the strange huge coffee table. The table was wobbly from the time we got there. It had an extremely heavy glass top that weighed 100+ lbs. The wobbly table collapsed as the weird leg thing that held the top folded in half. The extremely heavy top then fell on my son's foot & broke it. We are so incredibly thankful that the table didn't fall on my 3 year old grandson's foot! The host refused to acknowledge their liability with the terrible table in a rental that advertised children and dogs welcome. They just said we had unauthorized people in the rental even though when booking it we explained that we were visiting them.If the heavy glass had fallen on a baby crawling under it or dog walking around (the table took up most of the main living area space between couches) who knows how seriously the baby or dog would have been injured! The area was nice. It was a little hard to find parking, especially when you had to carry stuff in. A little hard bringing our stuff in through the locked key pad entry door when we had to make quite a few trips. The upstairs bathroom had a random hair elastic on the floor as well as hairs. There was some matted up hair balls in the folded towels, looked like from the wash cycle. The kitchen was very clean and nice.

Stayed Nov 6, 2022We enjoyed the uniqueness of the loft. We had to stay for five weeks while our home was on the end of being built. When we checked in the place was dirty, so I spent three hours cleaning the apartment. I vacuumed so much dog hair, found a training dog collar between the sofa cushions. I had to move the section and clean the floors underneath they were so dirty. Frozen food was left in the freezer and we had to wash all the dishes before cooking anything, because they had food on several of them. I took photos and reached out to the property managers. They said they would give me my cleaning fee back. So I wanted to give them a chance to make it right before adding it to a review. They did drop off a gift basket apologizing and stated they would give our cleaning fee back. I followed up on in a few times and they said yes we are refunding I will check into it today nothing since then. Granted we stayed five weeks and it was over $6,000 for the stay. I had asked for a discount to bring the price down, but that was not something they could help us with. We stayed because we needed furnished and pet friendly and that was our only options. I would have like to at least come into a clean place and not spend three hours cleaning it.

Stayed Nov 22, 2021We used to live in the area some 10+ years ago when this was nothing more than an old abandoned warehouse so when we saw they had made the space into apartments, we were beyond excited to stay here. It obviously has that industrial vibe but that is what makes it such a unique space. From the initial reservation to the final checkout, the host was available to answer all our questions and our stay was smooth and comfortable. We loved the use of the August App / keyless entry and the Brewery next door was an added bonus. Great food & drinks if you don't feel like cooking...however, the kitchen is well stocked with everything you could possibly need should you want to get your Gordon Ramsey on. Open & airy space, very clean, nicely decorated, big TV's for your enjoyment and the fireplace is a nice touch for ambiance. Everything you could need for a pleasant stay: pillows, blankets, towels, toiletries, some cleaning supplies...even throw blankets in the Living area for cuddling on the comfy sofa should you simply want to lounge around. If we had anything negative to say, it would be that the noise does carry but we came into this experience expecting this...with the open area & reading the other reviews. We stayed for 5 days/nights during the Thanksgiving holiday & the rental next door did unfortunately have a bit of a rowdy bunch celebrating, however they did quiet down at a decent hour each night so we was still able to enjoy our family time which was the purpose of our stay. All & all, this place definitely exceeded all our expectations and we look forward to staying again...hopefully in warmer weather so we can enjoy the adjoining bike trail which runs along the Little Miami River!

Stayed Oct 1, 2021Very much enjoyed the uniqueness of this setting, a former factory repurposed in a modern way. Loved the proximity to restaurants, one right on the premises, and stores, and for me, the closeness to the beautiful walking trail along the Little Miami River. The owner reached out to check on needs and was very responsive to questions and requests. I would definitely recommend especially for solo travelers and young couples. The only downside, and this is explained in the introductory book in the unit, is “noise” from pets and voices. Insulation in each unit is minimal and conversations carry; not annoying but noticeable. I would definitely consider staying again!

Stayed Aug 22, 2021This is a fun space in a unique and awesome location. Just steps from the Little Miami/Loveland bike trail. Located in the historic site of the Peters Cartridge Factory, which was just recently restored. Cartridge Brewing right next door has good beer and a great menu.
