The host was excellent! He stayed in contact with us from the moment we booked until we checked in. 5-stars for the host! The location and condo staff was excellent -5-stars for both the location and staff of Vistay Cay! Overall the condo needs updating. May I suggest updating the vanity and shower in the master. More shelving would be great as well. Also we didn't get peaceful rest when we were ready to rest because it was VERY NOISY! If booking this unit which was on the 3rd floor just be prepared to hear everything from the floor above and all around. I will add that if you're used to having noisy neighbors you'll be fine. Nicely maintained gated property near many attractions. The condo was very conveniently located near the main pool with ample parking. It was clean and comfortable. Communication with Havard was quick and helpful.

Had an amazing stay here. Apartment was very spacious, comfortable and well equipped. Kids loved the pool area. Husband loved the proximity of a craft beer bar (which also served lovely bar snacks). Location was fantastic for the Universal parks and Sea World/Aquatica. Host was very helpful and replied very promptly with any questions we had. We had a couple of slight maintenance issues whilst there but these were very minor and were dealt with by the management company exceptionally quickly (within an hour). Would 100% recommend and would love to return if we ever visit Orlando again in the future.

Came here for a four day volleyball tournament at the convention center. Great location. Condo was clean and just as described. Would like to stay here again next year!

The apartment is very close for all Universal theme parks, very convenient. The balcony is beautiful and very relaxing. Havard is very friendly and responsive and will help with anything. What a great host! Lovely space and made for a great trip, also has a supermarket nearby! Thanks!

Communication with both owner and property management was great. Property was clean, well kept, and well stocked. Pool was close and really nice. Great location.

The condo was great. Clean on arrival, very easy check in. Bonus for the young boys was being able to see fireworks from the balcony. Lovely size for two adults and two children. Very close to reception and the great refurbished pool. Very easy to drive to Disney and Universal. Uber cheap to Icon Park on a evening. Publix supermarket & a few restaurants within walking distance. Harvard the property owner was great to communicate with, very helpful and courteous, replied very quickly to any questions asked.Would highly recommend.

The pool outside our condo was unfortunately closed for renovations but the property manager notified us ahead of time so there were no surprises! Location is key & was close to everything we needed. When we arrived, we were able to checkin early, which was greatly appreciated, but we found small things had not been cleaned (food and a whole bottle of tea was in the couch & hair in the bathtub). Other than those few minor things, overall amazing place & would definitely recommend.

The host was really helpful with questions and changes. Everything went smoothly and we have zero complaints we will def stay again. Thank you!

Our original booking was for on the TOP FLOOR and wished we hadn’t changed as the noise from the apartment above and the ground staff outside with mowers and blowers and the Pool being rebuilt we may as well have stayed on the freeway Very disappointed all round

We had a great stay. The condo had everything that we could need, very clean, spacious and comfortable beds for the whole family. I only wish it was warmer during our stay so that we could have used the pool.

Check in was a breeze! The place was very clean and had everything we needed to spend 5 days with family. We were able to cook at the condo and not spend a fortune eating out. Nice property. Will definitely try to stay here again in the future.

Our condo was wonderful! Very clean and well kept! Good view and plenty of close parking. We did have some problems with internet, but no big deal. We would definitely stay there again.

We stayed at Vista Cay for our anniversary weekend. The rental was great. Very clean and has everything we needed. Loved the balcony and had fun at the pool. The location was perfect and a short drive to great restaurants.

Clean, easy check in, elevator to the 3rd floor, quiet space. Close to the pool and rec room. Communication with the host was outstanding and we were able to check in early. It was perfect for what we needed!

Everything we needed was there. The location is perfect. Just next door to the clubhouse and swimming pool. Stores and restaurants were within a mile or so. We will definitely look for this place first when we come back to the area.

Stayed here for a volleyball tournament at the convention center. The condo/resort is beautiful and within walking distance to the convention center as well as shopping for all conveniences necessary for the stay. Our host communicated well, and we enjoyed our time here very much!!

Beautiful condo very close to the pool. Super communication and very accommodating. Part of the group arrived earlier than expected. They allowed us to check in early since the property was empty and clean. Would definitely book again!!!

Very clean and had all the supplies we needed for our 1 night stay. Short walk to pool and clubhouse. Will definitely stay here again when in Orlando!
