50 m² close to the Center! 2 Bedrooms Parking-Linen-Wifi provided

Comfortable clean place to stay. And great location. Just a couple of small issues. The header on Vrbo page says parking and linens are included. A few days before our arrival we received a message that we had to provide our own sheets, pillowcases and towels. And we were still charged a 35 euro fee for linens. It never made sense to us. Also the parking is problematic. There are only a few unassigned parking spaces for the entire apartment building so we often had no space. Could either pay for parking or park quite a ways away. Also the lockbox for the key is in a very inaccessible spot. You have to kneel on the ground in the dirt to access it and we are two women who are not as young as we used to be. Also I think this is our fault . . . Maybe there is a filter to say you only want hosts who speak English. We couldn’t understand any of the communications in French from our host. Next time we will make sure we only book a place with hosts that at least speak a small amount of rudimentary English. Even with these issues, we still had a lovely time in the apartment and exploring Vannes and nearby places. Thanks.

Hosts speak English and were very kind and live close to apartment. The apartment was very nice and clean within secure courtyard. Location was short walk to center of town.

The apartment is quite central to Vannes- only about 100 metres from the old city and near a main road for easy access to the Morbihan Gulf area. Vannes is a lovely city and the whole gulf area is beautiful. Severine was most welcoming and the apartment has all the amenities you would need. It's well appointed and very comfortable.

Staying there for 3 weeks, i got to know the property well. The appartment upstairs has a very active child with good strong shoes and he or she runs up and down between 7 in the morning and 22.30 at night on the wooden floor of the apartment above. I told the owners about this but there was nothing they could do to stop this. Also only 13 parking spaces among 32 apartments means that it is a lottery if you find an empty space. The nearest free parking is about 400 metres away.
