Modern and comfortable apartment directly on the water with a fantastic panoramic view. The water villas offer an unforgettable view of the Baltic Sea and the marina from morning to evening.

The modern and comfortably furnished apartment consists of an open kitchen-living area, with dining area and exit to the large balcony. In addition to the stove, the apartment has a WOK hob. In addition, there are two bathrooms, both bathrooms are equipped with pleasant underfloor heating. The large bathroom is equipped with a rain shower with steam bath function, a sauna and a whirlpool. In the small bathroom there is another shower.

A TV with Blu-Ray player and a soundbar with Bluetooth connectivity provide entertainment and a bioethanol fireplace for cozy warmth. Two bedrooms are each equipped with a double bed and a flat-screen TV. The third bedroom has two further single beds. The other two sleeping places are extra beds on the sofa bed in the living room.

The apartment is located on the 3rd floor and is easily accessible by elevator. There is a parking space available. Binoculars can be borrowed from our service office.

Playgrounds are available for our little guests on the newly designed promenade.

There is an activity centre in the complex. Here, the kids can slide and climb in an indoor play area, among other things. A black light mini golf course is also available for young and old. Admission is free for you as DanCenter guests.
