· The apartment is rented in full for the exclusive use of guests.

· The maximum capacity of the property is the number of persons indicated in the property details, including adults and children.

· The property can only accommodate the number of persons in the booking and there cannot be more persons staying/visiting at the same time on the property.



CHECK-IN:

· The minimum age for booking and check-in is 18 years old.

· It is mandatory for all guests to present an official legal identity document (identity card or passport) at check-in. No other documents will be accepted.

Late arrival:

· Late arrival option from 19:00 to 21:00: Price €50 per booking (payment upon arrival)

· Out of hours check-in option with safety box in the office at no cost.



· Failure to arrive on the check-in day will result in no refund of the booking.



- No refund or economic compensation will be made under any circumstances for your booking. Any incident must be reported immediately to allow its management in the shortest possible time.



· Tourist tax payment mandatory: Price 1.75€ per night/person +16 years old and maximum payment for 7 nights.



. Deposit of 300 euros. It will be blocked on a bank card at the time of key collection.

In the event of payment in cash, you must provide an IBAN number for its return by bank transfer.



Cleaning:

. The accommodation must be properly tidied up, dishes cleaned, and rubbish deposited in the street containers before check-out, otherwise a fee of €100 will be charged from the security deposit.



Keys:

· Loss of property keys: Price 100€ per reservation, to be paid upon delivery of the new set of keys.

· Keys forgotten inside the property or inside the main door lock and need for opening by a locksmith: Price according to locksmith's tariff, to be charged on-site by the technician.



Rules:

· Guests agree to respect the property rules and, especially, not to make noise at night between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.



· No parties or celebrations are allowed on the property.

In the event of receiving complaints from neighbours or the police being called, the deposit will not be returned and the tenant must leave the accommodation immediately.



· Pets are allowed. The cost is £6/day/pet. For bookings of more than 7 nights, the maximum cost per pet will be £42/booking.



IMPORTANT:

In properties that accept pets, owners must ensure to collect faeces and clean up urine. Otherwise, an additional cleaning fee of 100 euros will be deducted from the guarantee deposit.



· Smoking is prohibited in this accommodation.



. Prohibited to light candles or any other type of objects that may cause a fire in the dwelling.



. No beach towels are provided.

    There were a few things that made this the worst experience and others that made it the best experience. Firstly, having to pick up the key to the apartment in a different town makes no sense whatsoever. Luckily, we have a car, but driving on the curvy mountainside through roundabout after roundabout increased our risk tremendously. Secondly, the pictures gave us the impression the apartment was well lit with many windows. Our first impression, after giggling the keys to get in, unsure if we were even at the right place, was very disappointing. There are no actual windows in any of the rooms, only air-shafts opening up to all the other apartments. This made it easy to hear and smell what the neighbours were doing! Thirdly, the place was not equipped as a guest house. There was no toilet paper, no hand soap, no basic cooking ingredients, no extra blankets, sheets or towels, etc. When we asked to have toilet paper (enough for three women who were staying for 6 nights), we were told where to find the supermarket! Finally, once we got over the extreme disappointed of unmet expectations, we were able to enjoy the living room and balcony, which overlook the marina and beach. The apartment is perfectly located (minus the 20-minute walk to the free parking lot) and allowed us to fully enjoy the little town of Blanes to the fullest. One special, unexpected visit was to the Botanical Garden. A must-see in Blanes!

    El apartamento se encuentra en el primer piso, no tiene ascensor. La entrada al apartamento es por la calle de atrás, es un edificio antiguo. El comedor es amplio y tiene una terraza con unas vistas de la bahía de Blanes y Sa Palomera impresionantes. Cocina totalmente equipada, baño con secador y difusor, papel higiénico, toallas. Habitaciones con ropa de cama, también más toallas. Salón comedor con TV, ventilador. En la estancia hay varios ventiladores, ya que no disponen de aire acondicionado. También se puede acceder al terrado. . La situación del apartamento es muy buena, delante del puerto. A pocos metros de restaurantes, tiendas... todo muy a mano. No tiene aire acondicionado.

    Great location. Short walk to beach and restaurants. Nice balcony and dining/ sitting area. Beds and appliances are wanting improvements.
